We've intentionally designed every detail to create an elevated and memorable stay. With custom artwork and high-end finishes, our beach home combines the best elements of shoreline living into a boutique experience.

A fully-equipped kitchen and dining room designed larger groups, families, or extended stays, and home-style cooking, giving you everything you need to prepare meals with ease. You’ll find major appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, double oven, microwave, two dishwashers, two sinks, ice maker, cookware, utensils, and essential kitchen tools. A combination single-serve/full-pot coffee maker, toaster, and hot water kettle are also provided. The dining area offers a comfortable space to enjoy meals together and gather with your group.

A skylight fills the space with natural light, making it ideal as a lounge, playroom, workspace, or additional sleeping area.

Our coastal outdoor patio space is made for relaxing and entertaining and is right across from the beach. You’ll have access to a grill and outdoor dining area with umbrella. Beach seating, lounge chairs, chairs to bring to the beach, wood-burning fire pit (guests wishing to use the beach fire pit should bring their own firewood and fire starters), and other beach accessories are all available to use on the beach and create the perfect vacation experience. An outdoor bathroom and shower are available for easy beach days. A climbing dome is available for children. (Kayaks, fire pit, and beach accessories may vary as we occasionally update our selection to keep our property in tip-top shape for our guests.)

The second-floor open-glass porch offers an indoor-outdoor retreat with a fire table and ocean views—an ideal spot to unwind anytime during the day or have a quiet, moonlit evening sit with someone special.

Driveway parking accommodates 5-6 vehicles, and exterior security cameras are in place for added safety.

- Winter Note: The fire pit remains open all winter! However, please note that the 5th bathroom (outdoor shower and garage bathroom) is winterized and unavailable during the colder months.
