Want a time to just relax or prefer a high energy day filled with fun? You can find it all on your stay at Blue Heron Haven. Plenty of spaces to escape or places to play!

Enjoy a stunning and spacious fully renovated 4618 SF home privately situated on a gently sloped 1 acre lot. Lots of parking and easy entrance onto main floor. Enter a gorgeous and expansive fully stocked kitchen perfect for small or large groups to cook, to eat, or just hang out and socialize. Relax with a game of pool in the open billiard room connecting the large kitchen and the den. Enjoy a lakefront view lounging in the den or rest on the couch watching a movie via Starlink on the 65” Smart TV. Step out onto a large upper deck to have dinner or just relax and take in the lake views! Sip coffee watching an amazing sunrise or sunset and catch a view of the many blue herons that fly and nest in the trees by the lake.

Head downstairs to find a room perfect for all ages. Play a variety of games like foosball, air hockey, Pop-a-shot or choose from many shelves of board games. Recline on the couches and see the lakeview or the 65” Smart TV. Head outside the glass doors to sit under the 3 large ceiling fans or swing a little on the large, covered patio with that same stunning lake view. The ceiling fan lights can be on/off or dimmed to use the patio for late night lake viewing or playing some outside games.

Lake time!!! Located on wide area of the lake but nicely situated with a cove-like feel safely out of the path of boat traffic. You can enjoy kayaking (2 available) or playing with the provided variety of lake toys (several floats, floating lily pad, etc.) in the 8 ft. water around the dock. Multiple life vests in a variety of sizes available but bring your own if you want to make certain one will fit you. Please bring your own safety swim gear for children to assure the right fit.

After a fun filled day on the lake, have some smores by the firepit or head down the lighted stairs to sit under the stars and listen to the sounds of nature. Lights on the boat dock can be turned off or dimmed to set just the right ambiance. Extra refrigerator and microwave downstairs for large amounts of food for longer stays or having a snack without heading upstairs. 2 outdoor patio sets, Patio tables (upstairs, downstairs, and on the dock), Adirondack chairs on deck and on dock. 4 lounge chairs on dock. Extra tables and folding chairs in closet downstairs.

Forgot something or want some takeout? Head to Dollar General with refrigerated section (7 min), Food Lion (15 min), Walmart (16 min), Lowes (18 min) and many places to eat.

Notes:
Pets Welcome! 2 dogs <50lbs. each. Send inquiry for approval. Pet fee $150/stay. Please make sure on booking you check the box "I am traveling with pets" when selecting number and ages of travelers.
All lake house essentials are covered. Linens and bath/lake towels are included.
Laundry room downstairs with detergent/dryer sheets provided for cleanup.
Gas grill on patio downstairs for grilling. 1 Propane tank provided for use.
Use of the kayaks and other water toys are at guests’ own risk and liability.
Lawn team usually comes on Friday.
Whole house is on a backup generator to avoid any loss of power during your stay.
Firewood is guaranteed during winter only. Bundles are sold at Hyco Lake Marina.

Quiet time is between 10pm -6am. Private lot but please do not play outside music and keep noise to a minimum to respect our neighbors.

The primary renter must be at least 24 years old.

Boat and jet skis on lifts at dock are not to be used by guests. However, boat rentals are available through Hyco Lake Boat Rentals. Rent for the day or for the week.

Master: Large room with King bed/ large private bathroom, electric fireplace and TV. Wake to a picturesque lake view through the large windows. Open the closet doors to create additional space to use for pack and play.
Second bedroom: Large room with King bed/private bath, electric fireplace and TV. (1 pack and play and highchair provided in closet)
Third bedroom: King bed with private bath
Fourth bedroom: Adorable Twin boat bed with twin trundle

DOWNSTAIRS:
Fifth bedroom: Double bed and Bunk bed (Twin over double)
Sitting area: Queen Murphy bed
Full bath downstairs
Plenty of space to use air mattresses if needed
