This listing is extremely misleading. I booked this townhome because the photos made it look clean, well-maintained, and fairly new. When we arrived, the property looked nothing like the pictures apart from the room layout. The neighborhood gave us pause as soon as we pulled in, and we would have left without entering if other accommodations hadn’t sold out for the festival we were attending. The photos appear to have been heavily edited or enhanced with AI and don’t accurately represent the property. We also didn’t receive the door code until an hour and a half after the 3 p.m. check-in time, most access information is sent hours if not days prior to arrival. Inside, the townhome was rundown and had a musty smell, especially near the garbage compactor. The bath towels were stained, there were holes in the plastic shower wall, and hard-water stains covered much of the kitchen. There was no Wi-Fi or cable, so the TVs were unusable. The living room had a few wooden chairs along the wall, rather than comfortable seating. Although the listing said the home sleeps six and included a queen sofa bed, the sofa barely fit two people and did not convert into a bed.The décor also seemed neglected, with uneven curtains and decorations placed haphazardly. Had I known what the property was really like, I would not have booked it. The condition was disappointing, but the biggest issue was how substantially the photos misrepresented the home.
