First Light sits directly beside our sister Sunsetter. First Light and Sunsetter both can be reserved together for a side-by-side experience, giving your group more space while still staying connected.



The Space:

Can accommodate 14 guests but sleeps 12 comfortably. Ideal for families, girls' getaways, men's fishing trips, and group escapes-the loft space is especially great for kids.

Guest Access:

Guests can access the Floathouzz using the lockbox located on the steps leading to the home.



A code will be provided prior to arrival for easy self-check-in.



Golf cart shuttle service is available from the parking lot to your Floathouzz for both guests and luggage.



Dockside shower house is available if guests need with extra showers.



The Neighborhood:

This is a private on water Floathouzz Community located near Lake Cumberland Marina off Alligator 1 Boat Ramp in Russell Springs KY. This is the first of its kind and one of the only on water stays on Lake Cumberland with the most unique lake stay opportunity.



Getting Around:

You can go on the lake to get some food or drinks at the few local restaurants or you're about a 15-20 minute drive to plenty of stores/restaurants.

• NO pets at this time

• Trinity Boarding & Daycare is just minutes away – a highly trusted and popular option many guests use so they can still bring their dogs along for the trip.

• NO Smoking or vaping inside the home

• Exterior security cameras at entry points for safety

• Eco-friendly cleaning products used throughout the home

• On-site marina staff and nighttime security for peace of mind

Combined, both homes can accommodate 28 but sleeps 24 comfortably.
