Great location for our family of 12. The pictures are not completely accurate as there have been some renovations but what we found was even better than we expected! Plenty of space and entertainment for our group ages 2-44!

The house was well equipped. Pool area was lovely altho the hot tub was overheating while we were there. The lower level was perfect for teens. We had an issue with the AC when we first arrived and David the property manager could not have been more helpful. The problem was corrected within a few hours.Appreciated the amenities. Plenty of towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. Overall we had a great time and it is a great place for a large crowd.

We had an amazing time staying at the house. Only downfall was the weather was not great at all for Memorial Weekend, it poured the whole time we were there. So we didn't get to enjoy the pool and hottub as much as we would have like. Did not get to use the fire pit this time. All weather related!!! We will definitely be back probably in June or July (no rain) so we can enjoy the things we didn't get to as much. Thank you David for the beautiful and spacious home. It literally had everything we needed plus more.

Was pleasantly surprised that the pictures and description was a little different than when we gotcthere. There was certainly new construction down stairs adding an extra bathroom with shower. It was a sweet surprise! Great and quick response from owner! Loved the view and the all season room! Our family had a much needed relaxing time and shared lots of laughs. Great location and quiet area, very serene. Thank you Rachel Resorts!

Our 13th annual Girls Weekend was an easy success staying at this beautiful Monticello home. David was great to work with and the location was easy to get to and had plenty of parking. The views were stunning and the heated pool allowed us to take advantage of the beautiful October weekend! The hot tub was the best we have ever experienced! The fire pit area was perfect for relaxing and star gazing. The game room was fun and all the beds were comfortable. We loved it and highly recommend!

Great place

A great place for family or large groups. We each had our own bedroom. It is very well stocked even had laundry detergent. The pool and hot tub was a big hit with everyone. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view. The game room was perfect for the girls. The pool was closed, but it is October so I am assuming that is why. Hot tub was nice to relax in. Again, the view is absolutely stunning. The house is large and roomy beds very comfortable. I didn’t take any pictures, wish I had because it was such a really nice place to stay. I also thought the price was extremely reasonable for the property.
