This is the cleanest place we’ve stayed in and we’ve rented numerous places throughout Kentucky and Tennessee. This place had everything we needed. Detergent, Kitchen accessories. We are definitely going to be staying often. Thanks so much!

Beautiful view. The game room was perfect for the girls. The pool was closed, but it is October so I am assuming that is why. Hot tub was nice to relax in. Again, the view is absolutely stunning. The house is large and roomy beds very comfortable. I didn’t take any pictures, wish I had because it was such a really nice place to stay. I also thought the price was extremely reasonable for the property.

Our 13th annual Girls Weekend was an easy success staying at this beautiful Monticello home. David was great to work with and the location was easy to get to and had plenty of parking. The views were stunning and the heated pool allowed us to take advantage of the beautiful October weekend! The hot tub was the best we have ever experienced! The fire pit area was perfect for relaxing and star gazing. The game room was fun and all the beds were comfortable. We loved it and highly recommend!

Great views with lots to do

My family of nine and I had a great time and plenty of room. The views are incredible. The toys including pool table and foosball were used heavily. The hot tub was very comfortable and easy to use. There were a couple of unexpected bonuses including an extra refrigerator in the garage which was very helpful for all the food we needed for Thanksgiving, and secondly that they had two sets of washers and dryers which was very helpful for a large group. The second flat parking pad beyond the pool was also very helpful for the main driveway is steep. The owners were responsive and rapid dealt with some issues of batteries being out in remotes for tv and lights and fans. The only thing that was unexpected was that one of the bedrooms is only accessible through another bedroom and the laundry is only accessible through the that second bedroom. The county the house is in is dry, but the next county over is not and since it is only 0.5 miles away, it wasn’t really an issue.

Beautiful Getaway

Overall we enjoyed our stay here, bummed that the pool was not open as it showed in the description of the house and was the main reason for choosing the location. If it is closed for the season, list it as such. The view is great!

Celebration at the Lake

Everyone loved the house! We gathered on the deck for meals, enjoyed the hot tub and pool, sat around the fire pit and made s’mores! We rented a boat one day and jet skis another day (at Conley bottom marina- also great!) and basically had a blast! Thank you so so much! It was a perfect weekend escape!

Lake Cumberland visit

Awesome pool, gorgeous view of the lake from the sunroom. Saw a 7 point buck in the backyard the first night. Would definitely recommend this property to friends. Will probably book another stay here next year.

The place was so much bigger than we expected. The screened in porch was enjoyed by everybody and the pool was a bonus. We had everything we needed and more. The property owner was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Great place

A great place for family or large groups. We each had our own bedroom. It is very well stocked even had laundry detergent. The pool and hot tub was a big hit with everyone. Would definitely stay here again.
