Great Value

We stayed during the summer time, and this rental was a beautiful location within close proximity to everything. The bed was very comfortable, and enjoyed the hot tub in the building after our long hike. I messaged Vacasa to inquire about the location of the hot tub & pool, and received a swift response from them! (btw...the pool is located in the building next door). Plus, an easy walking distance to grab dinner and explore the River Run Gondola area. Thanks for a great stay!

The property itself is simply amazing.I rated check in process very low though because we got only one key to unlock doors in the property and one key from the ski locker.Anyone with kids knows that it is important to get around quickly. And with one key for entire family it was a headache.So please provide more keys in the future. 2 is a minimum in my opinion.

2nd time in this condo

This is 2nd time in the condo. I have seen some improvements but for sure door lock code can be simplified and coffee maker can be replaced (current one is missing the lid).

Fine - does not sleep four

This condo was what I anticipated for quality and location. The bathroom could have been cleaner but otherwise it was clean and had everything we would have needed to stay for an extended period of time. A few small complaints. There was not fireplace key, the TV/Dish was difficult to use and the front door lock had a 10 digit code which was cumbersome. It was advertised to sleep four but can only accommodate three. It has a king size bed and a non-pull out couch. The fourth person would have to sleep in the king size bed or on the recliner chair.

The fireplace didn’t work and have house lights in the dining room didn’t work

It disheartened me to find out that I walked into my unit the day before I left, and I found two gentlemen sitting in the living room, repairing the fireplace. No one called me. No one informed me they were coming. I asked him to leave. They were very cordial and they did communication is key. This is not good business practice for you.

The unit is nice and clean. Unfortunately, the lock on the door stopped working and for three days we were not able to lock the main door. When we called Vacasa about the problem we were told someone will call us and come to fix the lock. Unfortunately, nobody showed up. Very disappointing !!!

Nice little condo. Only issue was how hot it was in the condo. No AC in mountain condo's. These condo's were built to retain heat in the winter. We stayed in June. Otherwise, great room!
