Located a five-minute walk away from Gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort, this professionally decorated townhouse is the ideal retreat for your next ski-cation! This family-friendly retreat has been freshly painted and updated with new furniture and a brand new washer/dryer to provide guests with a prime experience. You and your loved ones will be granted access to the resort's outdoor heated pool and hot tub.

The main living space is located on the second floor of the home. There, guests will come across an open floor plan with high cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light. Find yourself snuggled up in front of the stone gas fireplace watching your favorite movies or series on the Smart TV, which also features a cable package. The living room opens up to a private balcony from where you can admire majestic mountain views while barbecuing on the gas grill. Back inside, this home's kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials to make cooking a breeze, including a dishwasher to help you out once mealtime is over. This level also hosts two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a gas fireplace, an office area, a Smart TV, and an en suite bath with a standalone shower and a separate jetted tub. The bunk room is perfect for the kids, and it also features a Smart TV and an office area. And last, but not least, the other primary bedroom is located downstairs, featuring a Smart TV, an office area, and an en suite bath with a tub/shower combo.

Looked even better than the pictures, great location, and clean. The shuttle was easy to book. We arrived much earlier than check-in and were allowed to leave our luggage and gear at the lodge until the rental was ready. Short walk to the base of the mountain - our kids (8 & 10) were able to manage in ski boots. Would recommend!

Evergreens 12 was perfect for us. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. Half of us skied and it was a great location to walk to the base. We highly recommend!

Amazing Getaway

This was our first visit to Steamboat, we loved the location of this condo! It was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and in walking distance to the ski village and other restaurants. We visited in the summer- and the views were breathtaking. Great location to drive to other places in Steamboat. We would love to visit again- thank you for a great stay!!

Beautiful updates and finishes in this fabulous property. Location was perfect for a fall family visit. Allowed for easy access to town as well as the resort. Easy parking for two cars. Can't wait to book this unit again!

Lovely Home

The townhouse was beautiful, located within walking distance of the gondola. Even though it wasn’t ski season there were plenty of things to do. The river beach area was very festive and entertaining. Bars, restaurants and live music!

Pop's and Granddaughter fly fishing trip.

Overall, our stay was very good. Location was great, fly fishing was AWESOME, recommend paying the extra to go to a private property location. Strawberry Hot Springs was the best natural hot we've been to. Dining was very good, steaks, fish & chips, bakery's, drinks, chocolate turtles were yummy. View of the mountains from this residences was breathtaking.

Very clean and modern home

The home was newly updated and very clean. Excellent location only a couple minute walk from the main base area. The home was missing some minor items but no big deal. We were able to squeeze 3 cars in the garage/driveway, but the lobby also allows one extra parking pass so that you can park an extra car in the lobby parking lot.

Spotless, comfortable, and great location! Kitchen was well-stocked, and decor and updates were really a step above most mountain condo rentals. Central air was a huge plus for a warm weekend. Pool was small but still nice to have. Would return again!
