Just steps from the QuickSilver Super Chair at the base of Peak 9, this mountain condo in downtown Breckenridge features all sorts of wonderful amenities your family will simply love!

Beautifully dressed in burnished wood and rustic-inspired decor, this condo is the picture of luxury and comfort. Spread out on the couch to watch a good movie on DVD or cable, toast your toes by the handsome gas fireplace, and indulge in some buttered popcorn prepared in the kitchen. You'll love playing around on the kitchen's sparkling granite countertops, with ample storage provided in the lustrous wood cabinetry. Outside, the private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a nice glass of wine after a thrilling day on the slopes.

Water House is a premier lodging destination in downtown Breckenridge, offering complimentary amenities that include an outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a fitness center, a movie theater, a ski valet, and ski storage. While you're out enjoying all that Breckenridge has to offer, your car can stay warm and snow-free in the underground parking garage.

With the QuickSilver Super Chair just across Maggie Pond, Water House also gives you prime access to the 34 lifts, 187 trails, four terrain parks, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain at Breckenridge. You'll be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots along Main Street a few blocks north. Fantastic Breckenridge Option!

Such a fantastic option right on the edge of downtown Breckenridge - barely a moments walk to all the great shops and restaurants! We were beyond satisfied with the accommodations - and talked about using this as our choice every time we come to town. It was roomy, well decorated and offered enough space for everyone in our party to relax and enjoy. Perfect!!!

Good location , nice size. Fireplace didn't work and was told it hadn't for a while. Ice maker wouldn't stop and slow to no drain main shower

Spring Break Get Away

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy condo for Spring break and would highly recommend. There were four of us and the location was great! We could walk to the Quicksilver chair lift at Peak 9 (and also made the walk to Beaver Run) to snow ski. The Village is closest for ski lessons but we drove our kids to Beaver Run (7 min) which worked out easily. The condo is in Main Street Station. Minutes from Christy Sport rental and several restaurants. The only downside is limited cooking supplies. Perfect for breakfast but don't plan on any big dinner meals! We hope to come back again!

Another beautiful condo at Water House

We have stayed in many different units at Water House and this was one of the better ones. Being on this end of building 6 was probably the quietest area. Building 5 is close to Main Street and the related street/traffic noise. The other end of Building 6 (with the great views of Maggie Pond and the mountains) has lots of people noise from the pool below. This unit is half-way between and overlooks a quiet nature walk area between two condo buildings across the street. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The bed in the master was very comfortable. Our only complaint was the TV which only had Xfinity cable with no movie channel subscriptions which basically meant that we couldn't watch anything. Most other units have smart TV's that allow you to log into your own streaming channels and watch just about anything. Usually, no TV isn't a problem, but it was a cool, rainy evening and we wanted to enjoy a movie but couldn't. We would stay here again with the understanding that we don't need to watch anything.

The condo is right next to the plaza by peak 8 on Main Street. Everything you need is walking distance. Their customer service was great too. Would definitely stay again !

Great location, Nice place but needs a few upgrades for the price…

Location and decor was on point and the place was clean. Quality of bed linens was sub-par and kitchen was not stocked well for a family planning to prepare meals while on vacation. Humidifiers we’re a blessing, Leather chair by fire was very enjoyable. Couch needs a good cleaning as do accent bed pillows. All in all, acceptable.

Wonderful condo in an amazing location

We just got back from a Breckenridge ski trip, where we stayed in this condo. The building is walking distance from the Quicksilver lift, right at the top of Main Street and near multiple different restaurants. The unit itself is extremely comfortable, housing 3-4 people easily. Just a great rental.

Good place

Nice property, very close to everything in town. Clean. It was a little dated and minor things (toilet seat handle didn't work right, holes in shower curtain that had been patched) Overall we enjoyed it.

Fantastic Condo

Really comfortable with great location and fantastic kitchen. Parking was quick and easy along with nice pool and hot tub(s). Only negative was the satelite tv programming which was very minor unless you are big TV watchers. Would definitely stay here again!

We’ll Be Back!!!

We loved staying in this condo at Breckinridge! A few items I wished was available would be soap for the dishwasher-more trash bags instead of having to ask for them and more than 1 kitchen towel. Other than that it was perfect! We look forward to coming back and staying at Waterhouse! It truly was the perfect vacation spot!

Great condo in the heart of Breckenridge

Clean, new finishes. Location of condo in building is away from noisy center. Location of building is central to main street, restaurants and shops. Walkable to all. No duvet cover on the bedding was a little icky.
