PARKING
Guests enjoy free parking in the building's parking garage. You may park in any space that is not designated.
Please note that parking designations within the garage are indicated primarily by ground markings and painted lines, rather than wall signage in every area. We encourage guests to take a moment to review the pavement markings before parking to confirm the area is an approved parking space.
Most designated parking spaces are also outlined with wheel stops (parking bumpers), which can serve as an additional visual reference.

There's also an EV charging station conveniently located just steps away at the local library.

CHECK-IN & ACCESS
Easy self-check-in with a personal access code for your convenience.
A key fob is also provided for building access during your stay.
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Login details provided upon arrival & inside condo.

We want your arrival to be smooth and stress-free, so everything you need for access will be shared before your stay.

Other things to note
• The bathroom is attached to the
bedroom and shared with any additional guests.
To maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests, the building features security cameras in shared areas like the lobby, hallways, and garage. There's also one exterior camera at the apartment's entrance.
Rest assured, there are no cameras inside the unit, so your privacy and comfort are always respected.

Our goal is to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. While every effort is made to keep all amenities available, shared facilities like the pool, gym, game room, and spa may sometimes undergo maintenance or temporary closures by building management.
We appreciate your understanding that these circumstances are outside our control, and we're unable to offer refunds for such interruptions.
Should anything come up, we'll always do our best to keep you informed and ensure your stay remains comfortable. Most importantly, we want you to feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
