New secluded apt nestled among the tall pines in charming Running Springs

Located in Running Springs, between Lake Arrowhead & Big Bear and just 5 miles from Snow Valley, this adorable cabin offers a cozy retreat for guests seeking a peaceful escape. Inside, you’ll find one bedroom with a king bed, perfect for a restful night. The bathroom features a large refreshing shower and a handy hair dryer. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC throughout the space. Whether you’re curling up with a book or enjoying the cool mountain air outside, this enchanting cabin invites you to relax and recharge. It’s easy to see why guests love coming back to this charming hideaway.

The guest house you would be renting is located on an acre adjacent to the main house. The property is backed up to the National Forest, so you have an unobstructed view, other than the trees, down to San Bernardino. At night, sitting on the balcony, you can see the lights down below. You might see a few deer crossing the property looking for the grassland behind the home where they like to graze.

Our home is located in Rimwood Ranch. During the logging days, the women would come out to this area and picnic, while their husbands worked, and the women were instrumental in keeping logging out of this area - thus the large trees.

I cannot be held responsible if the power or internet is turned off. When utility work is being done, Spectrum and SCE tend to turn off the service, especially during high wind events and large snow storms. I do have an inverter on the worktable in the garage so you can charge your cell phones or computer. The gas stove still works & there is a wood burning stove in the living room.
