The home is gorgeous and well stocked for anything you could need to cook and entertain. There’s plenty of room for large groups. All of the rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable with the perfect amount of fluffy pillows! The host was wonderful, we travelled across the state ended up getting there early. They were so kind to accommodate us for an early check in. All of the information about the house amenities was easy to locate and concise. We hope to book here again next time!

The house was clean and had plenty of space for our group. We went to Biltmore, Sierra Nevada, and did some hiking, and this location was perfect. Close to grocery store which was helpful! Communication during our stay could have been better. We had an issue when we arrived with the refrigerator which we communicated through VRBO but never received a response during our stay. Thankfully it didn’t impact our weekend overall, but noting here because had it been something significant we weren’t able to get a response. WiFi was spotty throughout the weekend, and had difficulty streaming on the tv.Outside of those items, the house was comfortable and provided good space for our group of 9 to relax between all of our plans!

Overall nice place and conveniently located to shopping and activities. However, when we arrived the ceiling was leaking above the living room from the master bath. They said they knew about it, but didn't fix it. Also, there was trash overflowing form the trashcan in the garage that we were suppose to use for our stay. Finally the swing on the porch completely fell out of it's hooks while my granddaughter was sitting in it. Finally, I could tell much of the communication was AI driven because it gave me responses that didn't match my concerns. For example, I asked about the possibility of checking in 30 minutes early and AI answered me 4 hours after check in to tell me it would check with the owners.

Quality Home Convenient to Airport

Well appointed home in upscale neighborhood. Just 8-10 minutes from the airport. Convenient to many restaurants, pickleball courts, downtown and Asheville offerings. Great central location.

Great house in a lovely quiet neighborhood

The home was clean and spacious. It was just what we needed. The location was perfect for our visit with friends and family in South Asheville. Very highly recommend this place!

Great for a girls trip!

Stayed here for a girls trip and it was everything we needed and more! Big enough that everyone had their own space, but designed in a way that you were always with someone! The house was extremely clean and well stocked when we arrived and the Guest Services rep was extremely friendly and quick to problem solve when our AC went out!!! Would stay here again!!

The property worked well for us. It is a large really nice house. We find it difficult to find a house that has six separate beds so this was perfect.

Girls weekend

We loved everything about the facility the amenities the space the sleeping quarters the distance that it takes to get from point A to point b when we want to travel and find things we would definitely recommend this property to all of our friends looking forward to our next day with your company
