New luxury home Originally a 3 bedroom 2 bath is versatile with the 3rd bedroom now a private den with luxury sleeper sofa. This home is located in one of Asheville’s most desirable and popular neighborhoods. It’s tucked back and quiet yet you can walk to Asheville‘s, finest restaurants, breweries, pubs, and shops.

This gorgeous home has a professional style kitchen with gas range and hood all stainless steel appliances. The living room has an Italian leather sleeper sofa, 65 inch flatscreen TV and large fireplace.

Also enjoy sitting on the rocking chair front porch or relax on the back veranda which has a dining table with seating for 6, and a natural gas grill so you can enjoy dining alfresco. The landscaped yard is fully fenced.

The master en suite bedroom has a king bed with luxury linens and 50 inch flatscreen TV and connects to a beautifully modern master bathroom. The bathroom boasts a freestanding tub as well as separate tiled shower. It also has a double vanity and separate private toilet room.

Bedroom 2 is beautifully appointed with a split king bed, and luxury cotton linens. It has a 42 inch flatscreen TV. For versatility, the room can be set up as two separate twin beds upon request.
Bedroom 3 has a queen sleeper with luxury linens and a 50 inch flatscreen. It’s a private versatile room that can be a den or bedroom, and bed can be made up in advance upon request

These rooms are served by a second bathroom which is beautiful and modern with a custom, floating vanity and has an oversized shower/tub.

Towels, linens, paper products, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, iron and ironing board, drip coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, microwave, some general cleaning products, cooking utensils, dishes a few basic spices. are included.

There is also a new washer and dryer, Reliable 500 Mbps WiFi

The garage was converted and is not available for use at the moment, and is occupied by a young lady who was displaced by Hurricane Helene. The city of Asheville requires a permanent resident at any short term rental in the city limits. Will update photos soon.

Beautiful house and responsive owner who provides great local food recommendations. Read listing carefully- this is a 2 bedroom 2 bath house without a garage. There is a den that could easily be converted to a bedroom. The den has a sleeper sofa.

Hey there Erin, I am truly happy that you enjoyed your stay! And I really want to thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It means a lot. The home was definitely built as a three bedroom, so the den was actually a bedroom. The city of Asheville has some weird laws about things and since this is a legal licensed vacation rental it can’t be more than two bedrooms within the city limits. But for anyone who is reading, the third room can be made up for sleeping upon request. And if you don’t request it there are high-quality linens available at all times. Anyway thank you again for staying and for posting this nice review. We would love to have you back anytime!

Wonderful, spacious, clean house in an excellent location for exploring Asheville! The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals, the deck was a peaceful lounging area, and beds were comfortable. Our family had a fantastic stay and could walk to several desirable (and delicious) locations in the city. The hosts were fantastic, providing several recommendations and communicating quickly whenever we had a question. Will definitely return to this house when we visit Asheville again!

Thanks, Mitch, for hosting! Great place to stay, central to all the Asheville sights and delicious restaurants! It was clean and well kept . We stayed for the weekend with another family as my husband was participating in a bike race. A few things to note:-DOG Owners: the fenced in backyard isn’t fully enclosed-the main picture isn’t updated and the garage has been converted to an apartment-there is someone living in the apartmentI didn’t read all the reviews thoroughly when I booked where this was mentioned, so that is on me. It would be nice to mention it in the listing so there aren’t any surprises. While I recognize this is an Asheville regulation to have someone on property at all times, I wasn’t aware prior to checking in and it made one of the children with us anxious.

Hey there, I’m glad that you enjoyed your stay! I really wish you would’ve reached out to us, because I’m not sure how, but you must’ve overlooked the fact that there’s a big gate that you drove through that simply needs to be shut in order for it to be completely fenced. I would like anybody reading this to know that it is 100% fenced. I also want to mention that to have a legal licensed rental within the city limits of Asheville the resident is required, butwe took great care to make sure that everything was private. The quiet young lady who is staying next-door has her own yard her own parking that’s in a separate area, and her own entrance, therefore nothing at all is shared. This is a complete Home with nothing shared at all. Everything is explained right in the ad. Thank you for staying!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful Asheville home for spring break! The house was absolutely gorgeous, thoughtfully designed, spotless, and even better than the photos. It felt like the perfect mix of cozy and luxurious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway.The host was fantastic to work with, super responsive, friendly, and made the entire process seamless from booking to checkout. It is clear they truly care about their guests having a great experience.We made so many special memories here and would 100% stay again on our next trip to Asheville. Highly recommend!

Incredibly relaxing and beautiful stay. We enjoyed how spotless the house is. The kitchen had all the necessities to make our stay seamless. Everyone appreciated the comfortable bedding and quality sheets. This place is spacious and thoughtfully decorated. This will be our go to spot when staying in Asheville!

A nice place to stay quite close to Asheville. Very clean and the owner is easy to contact. The photos are slightly different than the house though. Renovations were done as the owner says - the garage is a different apartment now and has someone else renting. Unfortunately would not rent again due to this.

Thank you for taking the time to review us! I appreciate your opinion, and I’m glad that you generally enjoyed everything! For anybody’s reading I would like to make it clear that this is a complete private home and there are no spaces shared inside or out including parking etc. it has its own complete fenced private yard etc. It is and has been listed in our ad description that the city of Asheville requires a full-time occupant within the city limits. And that we have a quiet young lady who was displaced by hurricane Helene staying there to fulfill that requirement as well as really helping her out. It also said that the garage is not available for guest use and pictures would be updated soon. Again there are no spaces that are shared and because the yard/parking and everything is separate you wouldn’t even know she’s there. I also want to mention that even though she is mouse quiet we have an understanding that the guests don’t have to be and they can be noisy or whatever and it will go unnoticed. This is a legal and licensed vacation rental inside the city limits, and this is a strict requirement by the city of Asheville. Thank you for staying Mitch

The house is impeccable. Tucked away off the main road. Owner is so accommodating. Came and brought us a shovel! Checked in repeatedly and shared updates to places that were open (tons of snow!)Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! We walked to dinner two nights and also walked with our kiddos to the all you can play arcade. The location was amazing! The owner was extremely responsive and check in and out was a breeze! I highly recommend staying here if you’re in Asheville- great host, great house, great location!!

This is the nicest place - beyond clean, very beautiful, in a great location, so comfortable. We never want to leave. It has a fenced in area for pets that is incredibly convenient.
