Property was lovely and in a great location. Check in was great and great communication throughout booking. Great parking, clean and ideal for what we wanted. Only constructive feedback would be that they need a wardrobe in the main bedroom where guests can hang clothes up, although this is stated on the booking info it was an inconvenience that could be easily resolved as the bedroom is big enough to fit a wardrobe in. Only other personal request would be to have a sunlounger. Apart from that it was a perfect stay and lovely house.

Because guests come for shorter stays and there is plenty of storage in the dresser, it's not something we supply and it hasn't been a concern otherwise but we appreciate the feedback. We'll keep the sunloungers in mind if the owner asks for suggestions :)

The place was amazing , very clean and the neighborhood was quiet & nice. The pool and hot tub was also clean n great. There were multiple beaches to choose from, along with restaurants. If I come back I would definitely pick this place again

Great pool, very clean!

The property is exactly as advertised and was the cleanest vacation rental we have ever had. Our family really enjoyed the pool area outside and we plan on renting again next time we visit our family in the Daytona area.

The house was beautiful and we loved the heated pool. The amenities provided were plentiful and everything was easy to find. The list of restaurants/bars was very helpful too! We had an amazing time!

The property was very well maintained and was close to everything!! Stores, Restaurants, Beaches!! My family enjoyed the swimming pool and Hot Tub and loved sitting by the fire cooking smores!! We can’t wait until next summer we will definitely being booking again if available

Hidden Gem

Close to shopping, beach and awesome restaurants. Very clean and lots of space to spread out for the four of us. Hot tub and pool were nice perks. Definitely will stay here again.

This house had everything we needed. Close to the track and just a few minutes to the beach. If ever back in Daytona, this would be our #1 pick.

Immaculate, recently renovated, very beautiful home. Appreciated the rocking recliner that I was able to rock my newborn in. Only thing I would complain about are the pillows. If you're able to, bring your own pillow.

Like a lot couple things though dishwasher didn’t work Outside grill has not been checked or cleaned so we had a significant fire they we were able to put out and clean it and after that event the steaks tasted good Butch

The grill is something you mentioned to us at check-out and we did pass along this feedback to our cleaning department. I apologize that just the grill was missed. For the dishwasher, unfortunately, you didn't inform us until you checked out but once you did, we immediately ordered a replacement and had it installed the next day for the next guests.

Great house and location

when we arrived the front living room TV was broken - property manager apologized and owner immediately replaced as soon as we let them know. The only thing we wish we knew was the property was described as being a heated pool- didn’t find out until arrival heating the pool was extra - Make sure to read the actual descriptions when renting a property not just assume. House was overly clean which is amazing - we have stayed other places that weren’t. The pool area is spacious and the open concept of the house was great. An amazing property and will definitely stay again when visiting this area. Convenient to everything which is great!

Everything was great but check out…

We truly enjoyed this property until checkout day. We accidentally booked through Friday morning instead of Saturday (our fault, and I understand), but the way the booking company handled it is nothing short of wrong. While we were 1.5 hours away at Discovery Cove, the booking agency began urgently calling, saying we had to leave immediately or our belongings would be discarded. By the time I saw the messages, I offered to pay for an extra night or move to another property, but they refused due to a strict “three-night minimum,” despite my recent five-night payment, and another family coming in.This forced my wife to leave our 2,000 family vacation finale day early to pack. The cleaning crew threw away all of our groceries, alcohol, and other perishables, crammed our belongings into suitcases—damaging items and souvenirs—and would not allow my wife to check the home for missing items. We left with several valuables unaccounted for.The home itself is beautiful and the location is great, but the booking agency’s lack of flexibility, poor communication, and disregard for our personal property left us with a disappointing and stressful end to what had been a wonderful trip. If I was the homeowner the booking company would be fired for this reason.

It's unfortunate that you would characterize what happened in this way. We were very kind to you and spent 2 hours packing your belongings for you at no cost. Of course we had a sense of urgency because as we explained, there was another family who also paid good money for their vacation arriving that day. We can't clean and prepare a home while your items are all in it. As you noted, it was your error that you did not book your stay long enough even though we even have automated texts and emails reminding you of check-out the next morning. We aren't sure why you are holding this all against us when we were only reacting to you overstaying and not being in the area to collect your belongings. We explained we would have gladly extended you another night if the home was available but it just simply was not. Yes, HOAs and cities have requirements of minimum stays so moving for just one night also was not an option but even if it were, we still would have had to remove your belongings for the same reasons aforementioned. We hope other guests reading this see we as a host did everything any host would do and that all actions were due to the guest and their lack of accountability for their oversight.
