This unique property is close to the Cannon Valley Bike trail, Cannon River winery, Ferndale, Tilion brewery and Welch Village. The space features three queen beds and one king bed, offering plenty of room for guests to unwind comfortably. With two bathrooms, mornings and evenings flow smoothly for everyone. The house stays cozy with heating and cool with AC, making it a superb retreat no matter the season. Relax and enjoy the scenic views with a rolling trout river and gentle rapids right out the back door. Simple touches like an iron and hair dryer add convenience to your stay. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Cannon Falls and this tranquil house has to offer.

This house was great all the way through. Every photo showed exactly what you get. I enjoyed the privacy and it was extremely quiet. The hosts were very prompt if you reached out. I think it is a great central meeting spot for families. Cannon Falls is a great city nearby. I don't think there are many towns of 4400 people that have a brewery, winery, bakery, great restaurants, etc like they do. We ventured a little further away to local supper clubs and golf courses too. Tons of things are close, but you can be lazy very easily at this house too!It was just two of us who stayed this time, but we are considering inviting more family and staying again. No major complaints at all, had to wash the car when I got home from the gravel road travels which if just a small section of the road heading in to town. It is well manicured though. Sorry we had to leave, we were liking it there very much.

This is a great property. It sits right on the river with a beautiful view of a small rapid/waterfall. It is wonderful with tons of birds, hummingbirds and butterflies. The house is just as advertised and very clean. There were 5 adults and we had a ton of space and very comfortable. (FYI, the bedroom with the 2 queen beds is the primary with the ensuite bathroom.) The fire pit along the river was perfect and they had 6 nice chairs to use and 4 s'more sticks. The kitchen is well stocked and was easy to make a few meals. Comfortable beds, and nice hot showers!We spent Saturday afternoon exploring Cannon Falls, which is a lovely town and recommend. Rented e-bikes and traveled the bike path to Welch and back, went to the winery in town and walked around. This was the perfect weekend getaway, and we loved our stay - definitely recommend this house and a visit to Cannon Falls.
