Le 22D est un appartement spacieux situé au rez-de-chaussée avec une grande terrasse, un hamac et une piscine, idéal pour les familles avec enfants ou pour les amis à la recherche d'une terrasse de piscine privée directement au-dessus de la mer.

Cet appartement fabuleux est situé dans la première rangée de la plage de LUZ, près de Lagos.

Vous avez déjà l'impression d'être sur la plage :
La vue sur l'Atlantique s'étend de la plage juste en dessous jusqu'à l'horizon et l'impressionnant Rocher Noir à l'est. Les impressions des vagues et du vent s'engouffrant dans les palmiers peuvent être appréciées depuis la première rangée.

La situation en impasse à côté des ruines romaines est CENTRALE, actuellement des travaux de construction ont encore lieu sur les ruines romaines et cela peut temporairement affecter la situation sinon absolument calme. Une voiture peut être garée dans l'impasse devant l'appartement. La plage de sable de Luz, les restaurants, les bars et les supermarchés se trouvent dans les environs immédiats et sont accessibles à pied en quelques minutes.

L'appartement est accessible par quelques marches. Il dispose d'un salon confortable avec vue sur la mer, d'une télévision haute définition avec chaînes allemandes et anglaises, d'un accès Internet WLAN, de l'air conditionné, d'une chambre à coucher au bord de la mer avec salle de bains attenante, d'une cuisine moderne avec lave-vaisselle et lave-linge.

Everything went great. Great host and a lovely stay.The AC was definitely a must, especially during the warmer days. The only thing I would improve is the electric barbecue, which wasn't the best option.Overall, a great experience. Thank you!

Our stay was everything we were expecting and more. The apartment was very clean, kitchen provided all the necessities. The view of the beach and the water was breathtaking! Restaurants, supermarkets all within walking distance. Communication with the host was seamless. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place to stop and smell the roses as they say.

Incredible property in a perfect location! The space was large and comfortable. We loved the outdoor table and heated pool. Views are amazing! The apartment is within a 5 minute walk of so many great restaurants (Fortaleza de Luz, jacaranda, real curry house, latitude, and more!) and the beach. We're so glad we chose to stay here in Luz instead of Lagos. It's a quick 10 minute ride to Lagos for the day and then we could be back relaxing by the pool during the hot afternoon.

Wow, I don't know where to start. Excellent property, very well maintained and stocked. The location and view is amazing. Easy walk to whatever you want to do. Everything worked as expected. Our host was responsive but we really didn't have any issues that required assistance. The welcome basket was very appreciated too! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Luz.

Comfortable, relaxing, well equipped apartment. The view looking out to the beach and the ocean was spectacular. The spacious patio with inground pool was incredible and a great way to relax after a day exploring or just hanging out on the beach.

Very clean well equipped apartment. From welcome hamper with essentials, dishwasher tablets, tea towels etc and all cooking equipment you could need. Perfect location very short walk to beach, supermarket and pharmacy. Great for young children who don’t like walking far in the heat. We went to beach early and left at 12 for lunch in the apartment and then chilled out at pool in the afternoon. Pool towels provided which was a great help. Lovely shaded eating area outside with beautiful views of the sea just over the wall. We couldn’t fault this apartment and will definitely be back. Frenk and Andrea were excellent to deal with and Irina was available locally if needed. We loved jacaranda for dinner, licks for best ice cream in Luz and also fresh sour dough in the morning, endless summer also good for lunch.

Beautiful views

We were 6 adults (3 couples) on vacation for a week in this beautiful area. We enjoyed the ability to walk to stores, restaurants and the beach or just hang out by the pool.

Beachfront Getaway

The private apartment was in an ideal location, very near to boardwalk and beach. The pool and private patio really made this stay. Rooms were all clean and spacious.

We enjoyed another month in Praia da Luz. Location is perfect. We walked to supermarkets and restaurants and enjoyed the area on foot with many walks along the waterfront. We also used the local bus to Lagos. UBER is very useful and allowed us to explore neighbouring towns. Andrea and Frenk, thank you for sharing your condo with us once again. This condo is well equipped and recent renovations are great. Thanks to Irina and Mario for looking after us. We look forward to returning next year.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely clean and well equipped apartment. Photos were accurate and the view over the sea was beautiful. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Nearby bus stop was good to be able to visit Lagos & Burgau. We look forward to return in the future.

Property location is absolutely outstanding. The owner was very responsive to any of our questions and the property managers were helpful in showing us how to use the TV/cable equipment. Views from the spacious terrace are tough to beat.

Very nice place

We stayed in the apartment in 7 days, and its a very nice place. Clean and great location. Its build so its nice and cool in the nights. Located close to the beach (very nice beach), to the supermarked and the centre of the city. We had a great time here. The only "bad" thing to say is that the city is very small, and there is no nightlife in the evening/night. There is a lot of nice places to eat

Great location!

We stayed 9 days at the apartment and found it to be quite comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and bright. The view is outstanding and there are so many restaurants and shops in the area. We enjoyed walking along the beach and watching the surfers. We rented a car and were able to see lots of sights. Great vacation.

It is hard to be better. Nice house, pool and view. A short walk to the beach. That would be my first choice in quiet Luz!

Incredible stay

Apartment 22D is amazing. It is beautiful, well located, and completely private. We appreciated that upon arrival the kitchen was stocked with some essentials. It was easy to get groceries and to cook in the apartment. The view is incredible and the apartment was so comfortable. Thank you for an incredible vacation. We will 100% be back!
