Welcome to Belmont Beach House, your home base for the ultimate Mission Beach vacation. Just steps from the ocean, directly across from Mission Bay, and an easy walk to Belmont Park, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome puts some of San Diego’s best beach experiences right outside your door.
The home occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors, with a private garage on the 1st floor—a major convenience in Mission Beach. Inside, bright coastal living spaces and beautiful ocean, bay, and Belmont Park views set the scene for an easy, relaxed stay with family and friends.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, quality appliances, and plenty of room for everything from quick breakfasts before the beach to dinner at home after a day exploring San Diego.
One of our favorite parts of Belmont Beach House is the outdoor space. Start your morning with coffee on the private balcony, grill dinner on the BBQ, or head up to the rooftop terrace to enjoy the coastal air and surrounding views.
And once you arrive, you may barely need your car. Walk to the beach, Mission Bay, Belmont Park, restaurants, shops, and miles of waterfront paths. Guests can also take advantage of our bike rental program, making it even easier to explore Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, and the coastline.

Place was as described, spacious and great location for our teenagers who love to beach and go to Belmont. Very Clean and host was very communicative. Having the spacious garage is a major plus in the area. We fit two smaller size SUVs.

The property was better than expected! Very spacious and very comfortable and super clean! Grateful for 2 parking spaces in the garage (which is not an easy find) And for a washer and dryer! Also the unit was well stocked with toiletries too. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful time!!

Location is AMAZING! We’ve stayed at this house multiple times and plan to again! Stay at the beach all day and walk back and forth with ease. Close to the beach, but not too close to noise from the boardwalk or Belmont. The house has just what you need and pet friendly! Would recommend to anyone!!(as long as it’s not the week I want to be there )

Great property- perfect location! We loved being able to be steps from the beach and also close to the bay. Loved walking the boardwalk and the space was perfect for our family with 3 separate bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Also a huge plus was having a garage even though it was a super tight fit for our full sized truck and SUV.

Very nice place to stay! 3 minute walk to Mission Beach. Close to shopping, restaurants, Belmont Amusement Park. Host very accommodating with early check in. Nice amenities in VRBO. Beach chairs/umbrellas/toys.

Great location and had all of the basic necessities!
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. Everything is clean, updated, basic necessities in the kitchen and bathroom were provided. The beach is right around the corner, and a few blocks away there are cute stores and restaurant and a rollercoaster. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend this to anyone.

Great Location and Amenities!
Great location! The home was super clean and had everything that I needed. The garage was spacious and I was able to fit my 4Runner in with plenty of room to open the back and unload. I love that this is just a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and activities. I will definitely stay here again!

The property was very modern, which is the reason why I chose this property over others.
The property was very close to the beach. Easy access to all beach activities. The furniture was very modern. The staff was very responsive, even on the day of check in.

Location is perfect!
Loved this great beach house located less than 1 block from Mission Beach. Easy access to the beach, the bay, Belmont Park, and all of the restaurants and shops of PB. Area felt safe to let the kids roam. House was exactly as pictures showed and fit our group perfectly. Would definitely stay here again when returning to San Diego!!!

Great weekend trip with our family
Great location. Should have directions as to how to drive into the property to access the garage. Clean and spacious enough for our group of 6. Relaxing and good security system. Very easy access to the boardwalk and ocean. We enjoyed ourselves and had a nice stay.

Fabulous Beach House
We were lucky to find such a newly renovated beach house near Belmont Park and Mission Beach. The beach house is close to new condition and completely stocked including bikes and wifi. Great location and garage fits one large vehicle or 2 standard vehicles.

Wonderful spot!
We were a group of 10 women staying at the house and it worked out absolutely perfectly! House had everything we needed, was clean and well maintained. Location is great, just steps from the beach and other activities in Mission Beach. The owner was quick to respond to any questions, gave us very clear directions on how to get in to the house and garage and was kind enough to let us leave our baggage in the garage on our checkout date until our flights left that evening. Would definitely stay again!

Great neighborhood! This condo was very cute and even better in person. Just a quick walk to the beach, Belmont Park, and many shops and restaurants. Best part was access to a garage! We moved the bikes/chairs/etc from the front over to the side so it would fit our XL SUV but it worked!! Would definitely return.

Perfect!!!
Amazing property. We had a group of nine - five kids and four adults - and we had plenty of room, fun, and beach! Two car garage was great for our cars. House is literally steps from the beach. Belmont Park is right around the corner, along with a lot of great restaurants, shops, and entertainment! House was super clean, well stocked (beach towels, blankets, pillows, etc). We use vacation rentals a lot and I highly recommend the Belmont Beach House!

Family get away was lots of fun! Plenty of room for all six of us! Beach is just a few steps away.
Nice property & great location for a family. Lots of construction going on in neighborhood & street noise on Mission Blvd. were the only down sides. Home was a great size for a family (six of us) clean, but carpets were very worn. I purchased aluminum foil, ziplock bags, oil & seasonings to bring along. Plenty of towels for bath & beach (which is literally steps away!). Spent a day at the zoo, enjoyed beach walks daily, spa at Catamaran hotel & enjoyed dinner in La Jolla. We had a great time!

Perfect Location for Beach Vacation
The property is great. Everyone had an awesome time. The only negative was we had to throw out 4 bags of bagels, a package of sugar and brown sugar because of ants. It was apparent there was a problem before because of ant traps set out. So, just letting you know, as the owner may need to be aware. We had a great vacation at this property ! Thanks for allowing us the rental.
