Cette maison privĂ©e a des planchers de bois franc, des Ă©lectromĂ©nagers en acier inoxydable, des tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat dans la salle familiale et toutes les chambres, ainsi que de nouveaux draps et une dĂ©coration. La cour paysagĂ©e luxuriante, avec barbecue intĂ©grĂ© et foyer, font de ce refuge la maison de plage idĂ©ale! Profitez du bar humide tout en vous relaxant au systĂšme de son surround ou en regardant le coucher du soleil! À quelques pas des plages de sable de la plage de Mission oĂč vous pourrez profiter du soleil et profiter des planches de bodyboard, planche de surf, jouets de plage, chaises longues et parasol Ă  votre disposition! Quatre vĂ©los sont fournis pour vous permettre d'explorer Belmont Park ou de monter sur la promenade. Vous vous amuserez!

Our annual family retreat to Mission beach was tons of fun again! We have stayed in this beach villa several years and love it! The villa is clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay! As a result, we really just need to bring our clothes and a few personal belongings which makes life easy!

This home is a mission jewel! Not only beautifully decorated, it is also well stocked for enjoying the beach for all ages. We used the kitchen for nearly all of our meals and had every piece of kitchen equipment we could possibly need. Finding a great house plus two parking spots was an added plus Our family vacation included three generations and everyone was pleased with this home and its convenient location. Hoping to experience this lovely home again for summers to come.

The villa was exactly what we were looking for. Villa's decor was updated and clean. It was very well stocked for all of our needs. Instructions and communication with host was great. Would definately stay here again!!

This is a great cozy home and a very easy stay. The outdoor fireplace and fire pit were great with some chilly evenings. Great family Beach House.

Fantastic place in Mission Beach

Our family has stayed at Mission Beach several times, and this place was the best! All on one level, which means no balcony views but so nice and cozy, and easy to be together as a family. The place is beautifully decorated and well-stocked - we've never stayed somewhere with bikes before, and had so much fun with them. Liz was easy to reach with our questions. Highly recommended!

Perfect beach house with all the extras

Very comfortable stay! One of the best equipped kitchens and extras of any rental we have stayed at. Only negative was parking, which was our fault.We had a rental full size suv (Nissan armada) which was too long for the garage. Managed to park it kind of sideways in the outside spot but would have not been possible if the neighbors had been there.wish we had gotten 2 smaller cars instead.

Fun Family Thanksgiving Getaway

We have vacationed many times in the Mission Beach area and are so happy we found this beautiful home just steps to the beach and boardwalk. It was very comfortable for our family of 4 adults. While the construction noise at two neighboring homes was annoying at times, we spent much of our days out and about. Highly recommend.

Perfect location

This is our 2nd time staying here as a family and absolutely love it! Last time was 4 years ago and I proposed to my girlfriend on that trip. Now 4 years and 2 kids later we returned for another great weekend! Literally 1 minute walk and you’re on the beach, not even 5 minute walk and you’re at Belmont park the garage easily fit our sedan and I was even able to park my Tahoe on the side of the house in their 2nd parking spot. Very clean and fully stocked kitchen with appliances and silverware. (Even had a little cub board of kids plates/cups). Over the years I’ve stayed at many different beach houses on Mission Beach with friends and family but this will always be the first I check for availability!!

Summer 2024

If you’re looking to stay close to the beach this is a great place to rent. We have stayed here multiple times over the years and have never had any issues. The rental has everything you need, including two parking spots! Overall our stay was awesome as usual and we plan on staying again!

Great location

My family has a yearly vacation at a beach house this year at this location has been placed at the top of our list. A great location for fun activities and just a few steps from the water. The house is very well stocked with all you need we stayed 6 nights and enjoyed it all. Loved the “beach decor “ and all the updates of the home. We already want to plan for next year. Thank you

Favorite house in SD

The location was great! It was a 5 min walk to Bellmont but far enough away to avoid the crowds. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, bathroom towels, beach toys & bikes. I loved it being a single- story house and the patio was spacious. The only downside was the fan in the room with double beds didnt work. This was by far our favorite house we have stayed at in SD and I would rent it again.

Beautiful property

This beach house is the very best VRBO we have ever stayed at. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen has loads of counter space. The kichen was well appointed with quality knives, silverware, appliances- coffee makers, crock pots etc. We literally dont have a negative other than we wish it was on the boardwalk. That bring said we would love to stay here again!

2nd Time here

We just love the convenience of location, the Uber cleanliness, and this house as all necessities. From beach toys to shampoo and condition to spices. The house is comfortable for all of our family and in a safe area. We love this cottage and enjoyed every part of our vacation!

Just 1 block from the beach and great location. We were impressed by how well stocked the property was with kitchen, beach amenities and towels. Nice grill and outdoor space. Multiple TVs with Dish Network.

Comfortable, clean property!

We loved our stay at this property. The owner was extremely responsive and the location cannot be beat. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need - we cooked every night during our week long stay! Outdoor area is where we spent a majority of our time and the fireplace and fire pit are such nice features. My only suggestion for families with young children/ crawling infants - bring a baby gate! The 3 steps can be a bit hazardous for little ones (our little guy is BUSY and 14 months old), but other than that the property was very kid friendly! We would definitely come back. We will look back very fondly on our family vacation!
