THE SPACE
At the end of the street a few blocks away is a cove and sandy beach popular with locals.

Centrally located to the best parts of San Diego while being on a tranquil street with ocean views from most rooms in the home. Ideal for walking to get coffee at Azucar or dinner at The Little Lion, two gems of San Diego. Local shops in the Point Loma Village and Liberty Station are a quick drive or even a good panoramic view walk. You can get to San Diego’s hottest spots without ever touching the freeway.

For the foodies, you’re a five-minute drive to the harbor and Point Loma Seafood for all the local fish. Little Italy’s Farmer’s Market is a quick Uber ride to the best of local produce.

The home is completely remodeled with 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms. One bedroom has private access in the back of the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with entertainment and cooking in mind. Modern appliances and all the tools thoughtfully curated for a peaceful aesthetic and a great stay. We provide Graza olive oil, and assortment of spices, coffee beans, and tea.

The bathrooms are completely remodeled and stocked with Public Goods shampoo, conditioners and body wash. Complementary bamboo toothbrushes and toothpaste tablets just in case. The home is eco-friendly, and you will find luxury towels and linens in cotton and bamboo blends. Plenty of extras as well! All cleaning supplies which are provided are sustainable and non-toxic.

Brand-new front-loading washer and dryer and natural laundry detergent for after a day at the beach or a good SUP session. Yoga mats and light weights for a morning stretch.

Plenty of outdoor spaces with garden and ocean views for quiet places for a sip at sunrise or sunset.

Sand chairs, beach umbrella, Turkish beach towels and outdoor and indoor games and books for a little fun at home are waiting for you. HULU and NETFLIX on two tv’s. A perfect spot to enjoy a staycation or vacation in one of San Diego’s oldest neighborhoods.

On site parking and plenty of street parking in a beautiful beach town neighborhood. A very safe and welcoming community.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. The home is heated with space heaters.
You will be provided fans in the summer.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood, please respect the surrounding neighbors. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. or evictions are strictly enforced.
