Hi! We're Pat and Tori, and we'd love to share our beach home with you. We're 1 block from the beach in beautiful Belmar, NJ. Nearby you'll find D'Jais, Bar Anticipation, Marina Grille, Pier 9, and plenty of other great places to eat and drink. It's a close Uber ride to neighboring shore towns like Manasquan, Point Pleasant, and Sea Girt. We personally love running the boardwalk in the morning to Avon and Bradley Beach.

THE SPACE
Our space is a 2-family home with a beautiful paver porch. This unit also comes with driveway parking for several cars (depending on size) — PRIME for this location. We fully renovated in 2026 with central AC, dishwasher, and in-unit washer/dryer.

The home is set up with one bedroom featuring a queen bed, and the other with a full-over-full bunk bed. The couch in the living room pulls out to a full-size bed, sleeping up to 6 total.

Comes with 2 beach badges, 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon.
