The ground-floor, no-stairs layout makes unloading luggage, groceries, strollers, and beach gear effortless. Beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and beach cart are included for easy days by the water.

The bunk room serves as a dedicated kids' retreat and is accessed through the queen bedroom. Many families appreciate this layout because it keeps younger children close while still providing everyone with their own space, but we like to mention it upfront so guests can plan accordingly.
