Sand Castle 1 Unit 706

This beachfront property is ON the beach! Newly renovated with high end quality. No carpeting....floors just redone with plank tiles. Private balcony to watch dolphins in the morning and sunsets at night.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is bright and airy with plenty of ceiling fans, secure WiFi and a private balcony. The Master Bedroom Suite has a King bed, ceiling fan, tv and its own slider to the balcony. A newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower to beautiful newly tiled stall.

Second bedroom has 2 Double beds, tv and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds, tv and a ceiling fan. You have your own washer/dry just off the 2nd bathroom that offers a clean glass shower door.

The property offers a Heated Pool and a Hot Tub along with a recreation room that houses a Ping Pong Table, Air Hockey and a Foos Ball Table. Free Wi-Fi poolside as an extra bonus! Enjoy the lush local grounds while taking a short walk to the beach.

Restaurants are within walking distance and offer live music to end your perfect beach day. Across the street you can rent bikes, boats, kayaks and paddle boards.

The unit has a dedicated parking spot along with 1 guest pass.

For travelers flying, I have beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and an umbrella for your stay.

I can’t say enough how much I enjoyed my stay. The condo was very clean, view was beautiful, sunsets spectacular. Owner Diane was wonderful and her condo is so cute and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked with what you need to cook. Had a nice relaxing get away, will definitely be back again.

This condo is excellent! The host was so easy to communicate with and went over and beyond our expectations. The view was absolutely amazing and just steps from the beach, which was what we were looking for. The sunset from the balcony was amazing! Great condo!!!

Indian Shores is a quiet family friendly vacation spot. Sand Castle Condo is perfectly situated between Clearwater and St. Petersburg making the activities and restaurants to choose from plentiful. The sunsets from the balcony were fantastic. The beach was beautiful, not crowded and umbrella rental was available. We enjoyed using the pool and it was kept very clean.

The views of the beach and gulf were amazing. The weather was perfect the entire month we were there. Lots to do nearby, restaurants, shopping, boat and bicycle rentals etc.The condo was nicely updated and well stocked.We enjoyed our stay!!

We like sand castle 1 and have stayed there many times. Couple of things though, both elevators are never working at the same time and this time we had a group a floor below us that smoked Marijuana constantly. One night and two different days both elevators stopped working. The unit itself was fine and the host was polite and responded to each email I sent about the issues.

Excellent vacation spot!

This condo has everything you need for your beach vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked, there are plenty of beach supplies and the location is perfect! We had a wonderful week with our family and many memories made.

Perfect Spot on the Beach!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We had everything we needed and we loved how convenient the walk to the beach was. We enjoyed our hot coffee on the balcony each morning while taking in the breathtaking view of the ocean. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

Perfect Beachfront Getaway

Perfect location with beautiful views of the beach/ocean. Loved sitting out on the balcony at night listening to the sound of the waves. Host was responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Vacation

Very nice place to stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view of the beach and ocean was spectacular. Sunsets were stunning. All communication with the host was perfect. I would stay here again.
