Great location for our family of 5 and plenty of space when we needed it. Clean, nice balcony, great pool, awesome beach access, easy checkin and really no issues. A lot more beach accessories than we thought but very welcome!

The condo was clean, bright, and open. The entry/kitchen tile was great for easy clean up after visits to the beach. The double sliding doors and loft windows provided great light in the living spaces. The laundry area was great!I would have liked to see the Master bath updated and the loft beds of better quality for the price point. Also, minor maintenance issues should be addressed between renters (ie: the freezer door does not close right, master bath door falls off track and then is difficult to get back on to open).Overall a great place to stay with a moderate sized group!

Space was very nice but had concerns about piles of brown bug dust? in both bed rooms. Sent photos to the resort. Did not offer any explanation or reduction of some sort. One pile moved and relocated into a neat clump again the next day!

What you encountered is not typical and certainly not acceptable. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention and for sending photos. This has been escalated to both our cleaning and pest control teams for immediate inspection and resolution. We also apologize that you did not receive a timely explanation or follow-up during your stay. That’s not the level of communication we strive to provide, and we are addressing this internally to ensure better responsiveness in the future. Thank you again for letting us know—this is being taken seriously so we can prevent it from happening again.
