Lovely little apartment in a great location with everything you need for a great stay.In a residential block which was very quiet and friendly.Would 100% recommend this property.Great host too, we had a WiFi issue which was sorted out for us .

We loved our 3 week stay in this fabulous apartment. It was spotlessly clean and stocked with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower great, lots of hot water.The communal areas were cleaned daily, and the gardens and pool were immaculate.It was remarkably quiet given its central location, and we appreciated being close to the amenities.Possibly the only downside was the balcony.Exceptional value for money, and we would happily return.

When we arrived the cleaner was still hard at work so we left our luggage in the apartment and went for a walk. When we got back the apartment was very clean and we found it to have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Including pool towels, which are not often supplied by owners.The kitchen is very well equipped and there was extra towels and bedding supplied.During our stay there was always plenty of sunbeds available around the pool and very little noise from within the complex. Being only a very short walk from supermarkets, bars and restaurants, the location is great. We would definately return.

Andreas appartment was beautiful and clean and a good size for us as a couple. The bed was very comfortable and a change of bedding was there if needed. Plenty of towels including beach towels. There was coffee, tea, toiletries, suncream, iron , ironing board, sun loungers, inflatables, umberellas.. that can be took to the beach. All the years ive booked appartments, this one was the best. The balcony gets lovely morning sunshine. The residential area was quiet with polite neighbours around. Up the street to the left was a short walk to the church square with lovely bars and restaurants. Down the street to the left is a 5 minute walk to the beachfront. Walking to las americas along the beachfront takes around 20mins and 5 mins in a taxi. 10mins in a taxi to costa adeje. Andreas, was a very kind host, who made sure his guests were happy and answered any queries. We really loved Andrea's appartment and cant wait to return. I would highly recommend if you visit los christianos to book this appartment. It was just perfect . Lynn & michael.

Modern spacious appartment with all you need to enjoy your time there. The host was easily contactable for any queries or assistance. Overall the appartment was of high standard and we enjoyed our stay.

The kitchen was well equiped and clean. The bathroom had been cleaned well except for-the drain which was filthy unattached and smelly. The bedroom was comfortable with a good bed and excellent storage. Somebody had tried to break in the front door and the damage was covered by tape . The balcony door did not lock when I advised the host he said well unless someone has a 15m ladder. The balcony is netted in held with ties pegs etc very claustrophobic and ugly. The balcony had dirty cluttet as did behind the sofa. The internet was public. Lastly the boiler sat at the top end of the guage and obviously needs a service.

Best Apartment We Have Stayed In

This apartment is excellent and has everything you need for a long stay on Tenerife. It has been the most comfortable apartment we have stayed in and we have done 7 x long holidays in the Canaries in the past, always staying in apartments. Really enjoyed it and thoroughly recommend this apartment.

We’ve just spent a fabulous 17 days here, everything you could need, property is fantastic really clean, host was quick to respond and it really has been a pleasure, we will definitely be returning to this property, really clean beautiful interior easy check in process and we was allowed a late checkout with no issues, Thankyou again we loved every minute ❀

Apartment as described, clean and well equipped, good location 5 minutes from, beach and 10 minutes from bus station. Friendly complex with nice pool plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, Good contact with apartment owner . Plenty of bars and restaurants within easy reach.. Only negative is there was no spare bedding so long term users are expected to wash and dry bedding on same day as with towels leaving no towels for use during washing days.. WFi was out of order.. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would return..

On arrival the apartment wasn’t ready and hadn’t been cleaned, we waited at the gate for someone to go into the complex so we could enter the complex then couldn’t enter the property as it hadn’t been cleaned. The cleaners arrived and we were allowed in the property after 15/20 minutes, the apartment could have been cleaned a little better but not sure if this was because they were running late. The host did respond to us very quickly. The complex itself is secure and clean and close to amenities. The apartment is relatively modern, there is no air conditioning within the apartment, there was lack of origination in the kitchen eg no drawers for cutlery so finding things was a bit of a chore. There are a few things which let the apartment down, which are garden tables as bed side tables, dated kitchen table and chairs, curtains, walls and sofa need to be cleaned. Balcony within the apartment is small and again could be doing with being tidied up. The apartment would also benefit from an air fryer, I think this would be more popular than a coffee machine but maybe that’s just down to preference. Overall the apartment is in a good location and has most things for and enjoyable holiday, I would stay here again.

TrÚs bon séjour

Nous avons passĂ©s un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour Ă  Los cristianos. Appartement trĂšs agrĂ©able et conforme Ă  l’annonce, on y trouve tout le nĂ©cessaire. Vaisselle, draps, serviettes, machine Ă  laver, ustensiles de cuisine, plats, armoire dans la chambre, etc. Seul bĂ©mol : le filet sur la terrasse pour empĂȘcher les pigeons de venir dĂ©poser un cadeau sur la table gĂąche un peu le plaisir de manger sur la terrasse. La piscine est trĂšs bien, transats, chaises et parasols Ă  disposition. Durant notre sĂ©jour, il y avait principalement des personnes ĂągĂ©es ( des gens accueillants et exceptionnels) donc assez calme. La rĂ©sidence n est pas neuve, elle aurait besoin de quelques coups de peinture mais ça n empĂȘche en rien de passer un bon sĂ©jour. Si vous louez une voiture, armez-vous de patience pour trouver une place. Il peut ĂȘtre nĂ©cessaire de faire 2-3 tours du pĂątĂ© de maison voir s Ă©loigner Ă  400-500m, comme il est possible d avoir une place juste devant directement. Plage Ă  5mn Ă  pied avec possibilitĂ© de location de transats. Restaurants et commerces Ă  proximitĂ©. Promenade sur le bord de mer possible jusqu’à los americas, secteur vivant le soir mais n empĂȘche pas de dormir. Santa cruz Ă  environ 1heure de route. AĂ©roport de tenerife sud Ă  environ 15mn. TrĂšs bonne communication avec andreas, rĂ©ponse trĂšs rapide Ă  nos questions. Nous conseillons sans hĂ©siter cet appartement. Un grand merci !!

Posizione molto pratica

Molto bene. Molto ben posizionato tra la spiaggia e la stazione dei bus (per l' areoporto, Siam Park e per visitare tutto l'isola). Ben accessoriato con asciugamani e teli mare. Piscina sempre disponibile.Cattivo odore in bagno probabilmente dalle tubature.

Proprietario sempre disponibile. L appartamento Ăš pulito e ha a disposizione tutti gli accessori per la cucina, cosĂŹ come il materiale per il mare. La piscina Ăš ben curata e pulita. L appartamento dista 5 Min a piedi dalla spiaggia Los Cristianos e 10 min dalla stazione dei pullman. Consigliatissimo.
