Escape to the beauty of Masthope Mountain Community and enjoy a relaxing stay in this spacious and beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 3 full bath, and 1 half bath mountain retreat. Perfect for families and groups, this home comfortably accommodates guests while offering all the comforts of home and access to Masthope's outstanding amenities.

The private primary suite is conveniently located on the main floor and features a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and separate walk-in shower, creating the perfect space to unwind after a day of adventure.

Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom. Each of those bedrooms have a plush fold out chair that converts into a twin size mattress, more suitable for small children but can be moved from room to room. The lower level offers a bedroom with two twin beds and another full bathroom In the Family Room, there is a trundle bed that accommodates two more guests. We can sleep 12 in total. All bedrooms are made up with fresh linens and bathrooms include towels, along with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience.

The home's stunning chef-inspired kitchen is designed to be both elegant and functional, featuring custom cabinetry, gleaming granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample workspace for preparing everything from casual breakfasts to holiday meals. Unwind in the hot tub after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring the Poconos, gather around the fire pit under the glow of café lighting, or simply enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the peaceful wooded surroundings. As a guest, you'll enjoy access to Masthope Mountain Community amenities, including access to Westcolang Lake, 2 outdoor pools, a fitness center, skiing, horseback riding, hiking trails, Delaware River access, and more. Amenities are FREE and paid for in advance by the owner with your reservation with the exception of ski passes. During Ski Season (mid-December thru begin-March), renters can receive a discount of up to 25% when purchasing your lift passes at Ski Big Bear with a valid RFID renters pass. This discount is offered directly through Ski Big Bear, so visit their website for specifics on lift passes and this discount.

PARKING
We have a MAXIMUM of 5 parking spaces. No more will be approved so please carpool if you think you have more.

DAY GUESTS
must be registered at the time of reservation and are limited to no more than 9 additional persons. NO overnight guests over 12 will be allowed.

LAKE INFO
guests are welcome to use Masthope's non motorized water craft (kayaks, canoes, paddleboats) first come first serve. Guests are not permitted to bring any motorized watercraft. The lake has a sandy beach for swimming along with lifeguards and a swim platform. Fishing is permitted at the lake and at the Delaware Water access. PA Fishing Rules and Regulations apply.

COMMUNITY AND REGISTRATION
This home is located in a private community. You will be asked to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include your names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of the guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 5 days of your arrival or the community will assess a $50 late fee that you will be responsible for.
