The Space:

Welcome to our coastal retreat in Lusby, Maryland! Nestled in a peaceful community, this home offers exclusive private beach access, making it easy to enjoy the beauty of the Chesapeake Bay just steps from your door.



Inside, you’ll find a bright and comfortable living space designed for both relaxation and connection. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking meals together, while the open layout and multiple bedrooms provide plenty of room for everyone to unwind. There are five comfortable bedrooms with three queens, a double, and single bed and three bathrooms with all essentials needed for your stay. Basement features two futons that allows for more sleeping room! The home has central A/C to keep the home nice and cool for your stay.



Spend your days soaking up the sun on the private beach, kayaking, or enjoying scenic waterfront views. In the evenings, gather on the deck or patio to watch the sunset and enjoy the quiet charm of Lusby.



Whether you're planning a weekend escape or an extended stay, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and coastal living.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and yard during their stay.

Getting Around:

Lusby is best explored by car, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The home offers convenient parking, making day trips simple and stress-free. The nearest major airport is Baltimore/Washington International (BWI), located about 1.5 to 2 hours away depending on traffic. Reagan National Airport (DCA) is also an option, approximately 1.5 to 2 hours from the property.



Other Things to Note:

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.



No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the house. Please smoke outside.



Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home's entrance for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations for your safety. Tampering with these will result in a fine.



Quiet Enjoyment: Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours, to maintain a peaceful environment.



Pet fee: Pets are welcome! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies for the duration of your stay. Please let us know in advance if you'll be bringing a pet so we can prepare for your arrival.
