We had a great stay! Loved the amenities that were offered and being just steps from the beach! The room was just a pictured and had everything we needed for our stay. We will be back.

Great unit! Clean, recently renovated, and had all the necessary items we needed. Great location! We even walked to Barefoot Landing from here. Enjoyed our stay very much! Will book again if ever back in the North Myrtle area. Thank you!

The condo was exactly as listed. Nicely furnished and clean. The pool area was nice. The only fault I had was the parking garage is not suitable for larger vehicles. There are signs in the ground floor that say reserved for large vehicles but no one abides by those. I also wish more wash cloths and towels were left for the stay. We could have paid extra for an exchange but we ended up buying more since it was cheaper.

I want to start by saying the host was extremely responsive to our issues. We only stayed 2 nights. The condo building itself was extremely outdated and needed a lot of TLC. The condo needs a deep clean. We had a terrible issue with people smoking weed in surrounding units which caused issues with relaxing on balcony and it was even coming through the vents. I contacted the host and it was taken seriously. However, the situation was scary as security came up and spoke to the next door condo and things escalated quite a bit. There was screaming and cursing. We felt like we couldn’t leave the condo the rest of the night. Thank you to the host for being responsive. This may have been a one off and I hope it was but it was not somewhere I would stay again.

I’m sorry your stay was less than perfect. That being said, you reached out to me at 9 pm on the last night of your stay (a Sunday) to mention the issue with the neighbor. Had you let me know sooner, the on-site security could have enforced the building-wide no smoking policy sooner. As for the unit cleanliness, this is a new-to-us unit, and my cleaning team spent four days cleaning it from top to bottom when we acquired it. Every other review we’ve received has noted how clean the unit is, and all of the towels and linens provided are brand new.

The room was very nice and clean. The view of the ocean was great! Loved the access to the pools as well. The host was very professional and courteous during our stay. Communication was great. We really enjoyed our time and cant wait to come back!
