It is a great location-an easy bicycle ride to Harbor Town & the Beach Club. It’s located on a very quiet street, however at 6:45 am every morning the mowers & blowers start as it is on the 2nd & 3rd holes of the golf course. It is well equipped. It had 4 beach chairs (not backpack style ) and we purchased and left a beach umbrella for others the use. Bike rental was easy. Only issue with townhome was primary suite didn’t cool off well. We had to keep the main floor at 67 degrees in order to cool the primary suite at all. A fan was offered which helped a bit but not with cooling the air.

We appreciate your comments regarding the early morning landscaping noise and the cooling issue in the primary suite. Could not have had a better experience with this property. Check-in was easy. We missed picking up our passes "live" due to traffic but the directions for accessing them from the lock box were accurate and obtaining the passes from the lock box was easy. Host messaged us to confrm we were able to check in and access the property and checked in a couple times during the week to ensure everything was still in order. Property was easily accessable, right behind Sea Pines Center. Less than a mile from the Sea Pines Beach Club and Harbor Town. Quick walk (with path lights on at night) to the Sea Pines Center trolley stop. Unit was modern and up to date. The light switches and drawers were labeled to save you some time and hassle to find what you were looking for. Modern appliances and technology. Nice furnishings. Tons of natural light with big windows that face Harbor Town Golf Links and multiple skylights. Main bedroom upstairs does have a lot of windows so you do need to close the blinds and run the ceiling fan in the afternoon on hot days. No issues with the temperature upstairs once the sun went down. We brought our own beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, wagons, boogie baords) but plenty was available to use if we wanted. Nice, small community pool less than a 2 minute walk away from the unit. All the applicances and grill worked well. Nice layout with all the common space downstairs and the two bedrooms upstairs. Would definitely recommend this unit and stay here again.
