Discover the beauty of Kapaʻa from this recently remodeled 2-bedroom condo. The space features two comfortable queen beds, perfect for a restful night. Guests enjoy a pleasant bathroom with a relaxing shower/bathtub and a hair dryer for convenience. The condo stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or preparing a meal in the kitchen, this fantastic spot offers a cozy retreat. We are centrally located in Kapaa, where you can tour easily to Hanalei or over to Poipu and Waimea. Spend the day snorkeling at Lydgate Park or challenge your surfing skills in Hanalei, you can't go wrong. We provide you with a well appointed kitchen for meals, a washer/dryer along with bathroom amenities. You will enjoy the proximity to downtown Kapaa for shopping and those nights you feel like a meal out. And of course we’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

This was the best experience I’ve had in booking a place to stay. Kirk was very responsive, attentive and ensured we had everything we needed to make our experience exceptional. He truly went above and beyond. During the midst of a hurricane approaching the island, he stayed in communication with us to provide pertinent updates and contact information for the island. And checked on us afterwards. This was a beautiful, well taken care of, condo. The cutest decor that gave island vibes and made you feel at home. The location is wonderful. Right in the center of everything you need and a very short walk to the beach. The view from the lanai is beautiful and you can see the ocean, clearly. They had every item you need to make your stay enjoyable. Fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, plenty of plugs (which I was excited about) and flashlights (which came in handy during the hurricane because we lost power) . The games they had also came in handy for our group, due to the hurricane we lost power and a lot of things were shut down. So it was nice to have something fun to do at the condo. I really loved the mirror on the outside of the bathroom door. For a girl this was an added bonus because I could actually get ready while others were in the bathroom. They have truly thought of everything!!! I cannot recommend this place enough and I will definitely be back!! my family and I loved our stay

Stacie is the perfect guest and we would welcome her and her family back any day. Stacie took great care of our place and stayed in contact throughout he hurricane that came through during her stay. Glad to recommend Stacie to stay our condo or anyone else's as she is GREAT!

Margaret and Kirk live full time in Utah and have worked in Emergency Services for the past 46 years. When we get the chance to spend time away from Utah it is usually at our condo in Kauai. This is truly our home away from home. We love sharing our condo with guests, friends and family so they can experience the serenity and calm Kauai living brings.

Kauai Kailani is centrally located which means you be in Hanalei in about 45 minutes or in Waimea Canyon, the Grand Canyon of Hawaii, in about 45 minutes. Either way you will be greeted with stunning views, gentle breezes and local culture. We have found some real gems to spend time at from Poipu Beach where the turtles come in nightly to Tunnels Beach for a great snorkeling adventure you will find plenty to do. You can even head over to Anini Beach and just relax in the sun while enjoying the ocean sounds. Grab the provided chairs and beach umbrellas for a relaxing time on the beach at our complex where you may run into a Monk Seal.

Our condo has recently been remodeled and is equipped with everything you need for a great week or more on Kauai. We have themed towels, bedding and wall hangings to make you feel at home while you are on vacation. Our beds are high quality as is all our furniture which was sourced locally from Two Frogs Hugging.
From our condo you can easily walk across the streetr for dinner at one of the two local restaurants or next door for a meal on the beach. With a 5 star restaurant down the street, HukiLau Lani is a great place to go for seafood and steak.
If you prefer to stay in our complex has two gas grills and our kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal.
