This beautifully updated home offers a FREE 6 seater golf cart and over 2,600 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, including a large private backyard, perfect for families, couples and groups.

Just a quick stroll to the sugar-white sand, this coastal retreat makes beach days effortless. Start the morning with coffee in the backyard, spend the afternoon floating in the neighborhood pool or soaking up the sun by the Gulf, and end the evening with dinner al fresco, laughter, and stories from the day’s adventures.

With room for up to 12 guests, plenty of space to spread out, Serenity Cottage feels like your own private beach villa in the heart of Miramar Beach.

• Scenic 98 is such a highly desired location with a walking/biking path stretching from end to end and close proximity to the beach
• If you like to snorkel, you will LOVE the artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, located just 685 feet straight out from the Pompano Joe's beach access. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. (We advise that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs.) This location is just minutes from our beach house and has parking!
• Seasonal beach chair + umbrella rentals are available for an additional fee from April - Labor Day at the beach access closest to the Pompano Joe's Restaurant.

"Serenity Cottage" is nestled along Scenic 98. There are so many activities to enjoy, including:

✔ Our location is close to some of the best shopping, dining, and entertainment along the Emerald Coast
✔ Destin – Just a short drive away you can spend the day enjoying the Harbor (pontoon and jet ski rentals, parasailing, Destin Commons, and a wide variety of shops, restaurants, golf, and spas!
✔ The Track and Big Kahunas Waterpark - features go-karts, mini-golf, bumper rides, and a waterpark, catering to the whole family!

GOLF CART:
- Our 6-seater golf cart is provided with each reservation
- To use our golf cart, you must sign our liability waiver in advance with the golf cart company and follow their rules.

HOUSE RULES
• Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
• Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours. All your arrival information will be included in this information for an easy and organized vacation experience!
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM CST and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM CST.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check-in time.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our home or outdoor areas
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
• We provide starter supplies of toiletries and paper products and all bed linens and bath towels. We do not provide beach towels.
