There is a 2 1/2 car garage that has room for a golf cart. The outside oasis is a spacious backyard with a newly tiled patio. Lush landscaping and fresh colorful flowers frame this bright white house. Avalon is a well cared for community meticulously maintained whose amenities include 500 plus feet of private beach, a large lagoon shaped community pool adjacent to the two pickleball courts, tennis court, plus shuffleboard.
