**Pet-Friendly Home:** One well-behaved, fully house-trained dog is permitted with advance notice and a $100 pet fee per stay. Dogs must be crated whenever left unattended, and a large crate is provided at the home for guest use. Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. Please keep dogs leashed when outside, clean up all pet waste, and prevent excessive barking. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning.



The Neighborhood:

On the same street as Beech Mountain Resort — a short walk to the slopes, mountain-bike trails, and year-round resort days. Sugar Mountain is a short drive. Grandfather Mountain is the day trip. This is a ski-town ridge, not a downtown village.
