Downstairs has a bunk room with 2 sets of triple bunks great for kids and its own full bathroom. The garage has an entertainment area in the back complete with couch, and smart TV. The loft has a futon and desk area for those that just can't go off grid and want to "work with a view" or it's great as puzzle building area. Guests can relax in the tremendous living space that offers both heating and AC for comfort year-round. The gas fireplace in main living area is perfect for snuggling up when it's chilly outside and watching the weather through the massive windows while sitting on the large sectional. The tranquil atmosphere makes it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. We have corn hole boards, board games, puzzles, and books for fun at the house. We understand what its like to travel and not be able to bring everything.... so we have also included 2 sets of golf clubs (men/women) and a youth set for use if you decide to check out a local course. There is also a cooler for taking on your daily adventures in the hills to keep cold beverages and 4 lawn chairs to take to Outlaw Square to catch a concert.

BIKERS: This is a well maintained but GRAVEL road for about 5 miles and a steeper incline into house on driveway. If you are not comfortable driving your bike on gravel, please reconsider booking.
Note: The cell phone coverage is not good due to the property location, but the Wi-Fi works great for making calls, so you can plan accordingly. The driveway has limited parking area for up to 3 vehicles, trailers are not allowed as it can be steep and no area for turning around. The Winter months require 4WD or AWD.
No campers, tents, or outdoor fires are allowed. No indoor smoking, pets, or parties. There is a $500 fine for violations. This home does have exterior cameras for security purposes.
