The home will accommodate a maximum of 4 people,
*PLEASE NOTE:
NO Children under the age of 12 are allowed (includes toddlers & infants), as this home is not suitable for children - please, no exceptions).
Only guests who have booked the home will be allowed at the property, (we're sorry but no additional visitors).

There are approximately 30 steps from the parking area to the home and no disabled access. This home is the top level of a 2-story structure. There is a small Studio below a portion of the home on the lower level. They have a completely separate entrance. The lower deck is for use by the Studio guests, since the 2-Bedroom Home has a private deck off the dining room. Guests of the 2-Bedroom home do have access to the Bay.

**NO SLEEPING ON THE FURNITURE, (Sofas, couches, etc) or FLOOR. Guests must use the bedrooms/beds for sleeping. If more than 2 guests, please plan on doubling up in the bedrooms (Queen Beds). **

Since the Home is in close proximity to neighbors on both sides and a unit directly below, we ask that guests please be aware of the noise level, especially if outside, after 10 pm on weeknights, 11 pm on weekends and early in the morning before 8am. Please No Speaker Phone use while outside.

NO VISITORS are allowed without prior written consent by owner. Only those guests identified at the time of booking are allowed at the property.

While we want everyone to enjoy themselves, excessive drinking, loud noise/music or anything causing disturbance to neighbors or other guests, are not permitted. If guests are in violation of this property rule, they may be required to leave the premises, VRBO will be notified and no refunds will be given. Should any situation become unruly or out of control, the police will be called to remove all guests from the property. NO EVENTS, FILMING OR GATHERINGS allowed. Also, No Drones allowed.

If you are looking for a “PARTY HOUSE", unfortunately this property will not suit your needs. While we certainly encourage our guests to enjoy themselves to the fullest...we must also insist that no one in the area is disturbed by excessive or loud noise, partying, drinking or any type of behavior that would prevent neighbors from a peaceful enjoyment of their homes before or after "reasonable hours".

**THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY,*** Smoking NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE, including patios, decks, walkways, stairs, beach area or any part of the property . **

The Fireplace is decorative only. ***NO BBQ's, GRILLS, FIRE PITS, etc. No outside Fires allowed at any time.***

**NO PETS ** If you have an ESA or Service Animal, please indicate if you require your service animal due to a disability and what work or task the service animal is trained to perform.
Please note that the ESA or Service Animal must be with you at all times during your visit, (they can never be left unattended or out of your control). Service animals are not allowed on any of the furniture, including the beds. Additionally, since we have other units on the property, your ESA or Service Animal cannot cause any disturbance or harm to other guests or neighbors.
Please be sure to always clean up after your ESA or Service Animal. Because animals produce dander, hair, and the occasional accident, we may impose additional Cleaning Fees, only if needed, after you check-out and once the housekeeper has entered to clean and prepare the unit. Additional fees will only be charged if there is damage or excessive cleaning required and we will document this with photos and details to Airbnb.

**Off-Street reserved parking space available for a max. of 2 vehicles (unless oversized or very wide). The space for this home is long so 2 vehicles can park tandem style, "back-to-back" (again, if not oversized). There is NO Street Parking available at this property. Additional vehicles will need to park about a 1/4 block away on a cross street.
