BEAUTIFUL 1 Bdr/1Ba with Kitchenette & private Terrace, spectacular views of the Bay! 15-20 min to GG Bridge & 45 min. Napa & Sonoma. Walking distance to McNear's Beach. For a fantastic getaway, this is the place! Beautiful 1-bdrm with a small living & dining area and lots of windows. FULLY ADJUSTABLE KING BED. MAX 2 GUESTS, NO EXCEPTIONS. All Guests Must Be Identified at Booking, 10 yrs & up only. NO SMOKING entire property. NO PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS (Owner has Exemption).30 Day Min. Stay.
The space
Views, views, and more views! Spectacular one bedroom with kitchenette and private Terrace with dining area, close to shopping and restaurants and only 15 to 20 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge.
The soothing sound of waves, spectacular view of the bay and gorgeously decorated Bungalow is the perfect getaway for a wonderful vacation! The scenery is amazing and the unit PERFECT for two. It's located just above a private beach. There's a Kitchenette, (no stove, cooking facility or regular size fridge), but has a microwave and mini-fridge, as well as a coffee maker & toaster. Cooking, (hotplates, etc), are NOT allowed in this unit. THERE ARE 12 STEPS GOING DOWN TO THIS UNIT, no ramps or disabled access. Please be advised, this unit is the lower level of a 2-story home. It has it's own private entrance, however, the ceiling is the floor of the upper unit. Therefore, as with most connected units....you may hear the guests above.
***PLEASE NOTE***
If you are looking for a âPARTY HOUSE", unfortunately this property will not suit your needs. While we certainly encourage our guests to enjoy their stay...we must also insist that no one in the area is disturbed by excessive or loud noise, partying, drinking or any type of behavior that would prevent neighbors from a peaceful enjoyment of their homes before or after "reasonable hours".
***There is just ONE (1) parking space for this unit, however, it will not accommodate an oversized or wide vehicle. The space may be difficult to navigate, as it's slanted and a bit low on one side. Guests may not feel comfortable getting their vehicle in that spot, so please be advised you may need to use street parking that is not near the unit. There is no street parking at the property, but there is street parking further down on a cross street a little less than a block away.***
**THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY, (Smoking not allowed anywhere on entire property including patios, decks, walkways, stairs, beach area or any part of the property - smokers must go to the Oak Dr. sidewalk away from the property).* *

***NO BBQ's, GRILLS, FIRE PITS, etc. No outside Fires allowed at any time.***
