Occasional Guests are allowed as long as it does not cause any issues with the upstairs tenants or neighbors.

***Guests MUST accompany friends/non-paying guests on property at all times. They are not allowed to be on property unless you are here with them. NEVER share your code or grant access to the property to anyone other than a paying guest.



Guests do not have access to :

1) Driveway parking (suburban street parking in front of house is free) 1 Vehicle per guest
2) Back porch/backyard
3) Shed

- Temp is set by owner at a comfortable temp

- Use of personal appliances is not allowed, no ev charging, mini fridge, air conditioning or heating units etc.

- No alterations are to be made to the property.

- No open flames, candles, incense etc.

- Do not place hot objects on the counter tops
