If hunger strikes, whip up a quick brunch for you and your friends in the fully-equipped kitchen; it boasts all the essentials to prepare everything from quick snacks on the go to full-course meals. Nothing beats the convenience of washing your clothes at home, right? This oceanfront condo provides guests with an on-site washer/dryer combo so they don't have to worry about finding a nearby laundromat. Work on your routine at the shared fitness center and then relax your sore muscles at the shared hot tub.



What's nearby:

Unlike other rentals, this home away from home offers an unbeatable location mere steps away from the sandy shores of North Myrtle Beach. This laid-back city is the ideal place to relax, swim, fish in the ocean, work on your tan, beachcomb, and so much more. Five miles away is the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, the perfect spot to cast some fishing lines with your family or kids. Exciting adventures await at Shark Wake Park, the biggest aqua park in North Myrtle Beach and you can find it only six miles away. North Myrtle Beach is also an ideal escape for golfing–make sure to pack your clubs and visit one of the nearby clubs such as Azalea Sands Golf Club (one mile), Beachwood Golf Club, (one and a half miles), or Barefoot Resort & Golf (five miles).

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on property specific websites.



Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!



Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!



DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.



Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

Perfect vacation

With the beach being a few steps away, and all the pools, there was plenty of space for everyone. We never felt overcrowded. We'd definitely stay here again!!!

Overall it was a win 🏆

My husband and I stayed with our six children this week. We had a great experience and everything was suitable for young children. Nothing too extravagant or breakable but also very well kept and updated at the same time. The furniture was all clean and comfortable. We would stay again!

We enjoyed this property, from the location to the beach to the staff and other vacationers. This property has 18 floors plus a penthouse and all the elevators worked. This is definitely going in the book of memories for the kids.

Great resort, condo clean

The beds are comfortable, the furniture and kitchen could use updated. Kitchen needs some home comfort extras but overall the condo was great. The keypad to get in is horrible took more that 5X to get door open. Pool towels were provided that was great. The resort is wonderful, can’t love this resort enough will be back.

Amazing view

We had a wonderful stay here. It was perfect for our large family except for an internet issue. The router unfortunately was missing its power cord, however, the staff helped us to work around it so my eldest daughter could continue her school work. We can't wait to stay again!

Review 1037 Baywatch Tower 3

The condo was well appointed overall. The living room sofa and chairs need to be replaced to receive a 5 star review. The condo had everything we needed for our week stay. We enjoyed North Myrtle Beach and this property. This was our first trip here, and we found it to be very comfortable and welcoming. The resort had great amenities for a family. We were here celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday and his retirement.

Very clean and nice resort

The room was cleaned and made us feel like we were at home. The furniture was comfy and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessities to cook and eat with. The resort was easy to navigate and we never had to wait for an elevator as each building had 3. The pools were clean and it was very convenient to have a restaurant and bar in the building. The food and atmosphere were perfect. The only complaint was the noise that we heard from the room above us being renovated. But everything else was perfect.

We had a great time. The accommodations and amenities are wonderful. The beach was relaxing and beautiful. The condo is well-equipped except for the kitchen. Would it then better to have some potholders and towels but maybe because of Covid they’re not provided? Not sure. But love the Baywatch

Cute Unit

Unit was really cute and met my expectations. It is time, however to switch out the living room furniture. The two chairs were so dirty we covered them with blankets that we brought before we’d sit on them.

Do not stay here!

This home had roaches, rust everywhere, cracked window, chipped/broken laundry door, loose faucet, dingy and stained couches. The pictures provided are clearly old and deceiving. The view was nice but did I mention this unit had roaches!
