The Space:

This charming condo is located just one block from the beach, and was completely renovated in January 2024 from ceilings to floors and everything in between! Start each day with coffee and an ocean breeze from your fully enclosed balcony, then slip into your swimsuit and head for the sand. When it’s time to explore further afield, you’re within minutes of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses, mini-golf, and Main Street, just six blocks away.



At home, you’ll find bright nautical decor, an open layout, and lots of space to gather with loved ones. Don your chef’s hat and step into the full, well-equipped kitchen to turn out mealtime masterpieces, then serve up your creations at the adjacent table.



After a day of relaxing at the complex pool or on the sand, cool off in the central air-conditioning while the in-home washer/dryer makes quick work of the day’s laundry. Throw some steaks on the grill in the shared grilling area, or keep dinner even simpler with a visit to a local restaurant. Watch a bit of TV, use the free WiFi to scroll social media, or unplug entirely with a quiet night of conversation back out on the balcony.

The home is compact, but recently updated, cozy, and comfortable. Very close to the beach. I would recommend this for three people or maybe four.

Premium Location

Location of this unit is great and reason for the 4th star, excellent wifi made working no issue. Average accommodation, sheets are like sandpaper and the bigger bed isn't big enough for two normal size adults.

Great place!

We loved the cleanliness and location! This was our first time bringing our dog with us, so I was a little nervous wondering if a “pet friendly” place would carry strange stains or smells but ours was fresh and lovely! We lived the large grassy area for our doggie to do her business outside. We enjoyed leashing her up and taking her literally across the street to enjoy the beach. We had a great time, thanks a ton!

North Myrtle Beach Vacay

The location of this condo is fantastic. Quick and easy access to the beach. All the furniture and beds looked brand new in the condo. The pool was nice, nothing special, but it did the job. I would suggest bringing cooking spices, salt, pepper, condiments, etc as well as toilet paper paper towels, laundry detergent with you as these are minimally provided, if at all. That aside, we had a great time and was happy with the stay.

Loved spending time with my family but rental was not as nice as the pictures there are ALOT of things that needs to be addressed about property

Be careful if you do late check-out!!!!

The condo is very nice, the area is gorgeous. The cleaning could be better. The fitted sheet was put on inside out, baseboards were very dirty, handprints all over the walls. But be careful if you do a late checkout, they changed the codes on you and dont make you aware. Request a late checkout for 2pm. Ran to the store at 12:45pm, i came back and the code didnt work. Called guest services, whom had to reach out to another party, wait 5 to 10 mins for another code to come. Spent 20 to 30 mins from the phone call to waiting on another code.Thank- you for a great way to ending my vacation.
