Nestled in the heart of Downeast Maine, our charming home offers the perfect blend of rustic comfort and natural beauty. Whether you’re seeking quiet reflection or invigorating adventures, this spot is your ideal home base for exploring the rugged Maine coast. Picture this: morning coffee on a stone patio enjoying the crisp salt air, evenings around your fire pit under a blanket of stars. This is the Maine vacation you’ve been dreaming of—peaceful, beautiful, and packed with extras.
The space

Cozy Climate Control: Year-Round Comfort: Stay comfortable in every season with our efficient ducted heat pump system, providing both heating and air conditioning, complemented by cozy radiant floor heat for those chilly Maine mornings and evenings.
• Outdoor Oasis: Relax on the stone patio, complete with a cozy sitting area and a crackling outdoor fire pit—perfect for stargazing or roasting marshmallows. We even provide bundles of locally sourced wood for purchase, so you can extend those magical nights under the stars without a hitch. With some luck you may spot deer, foxes, moose, porcupine and lots more!
The House – Sleeps 8 Comfortably
• 3 bedrooms | 2 full baths
• Ocean views, directly across the street from the Salt Pond and surrounded with dozens of local Blue Hill Heritage Trust hiking trails.
House features:
• Large stone patio
• Gas BBQ grill
• Outdoor fire pit (Firewood bundles for sale onsite)
• Ducted heat pump system that sources both heat and AC, as well as radiant floor heat- perfect for any season.
• Chef’s kitchen fully stocked: coffee maker, coffee station
• Washer & dryer on site
• Wi-Fi + free parking for multiple cars
