*While there are more than 10 beds, we recommend no more than 10 adults. The pull out couches each sleep one adult comfortably. If you have questions- please reach out and we can give you a better opinion on if your crew will fit comfortably.


INDOOR LIVING
Two living areas with upscale wood furnishings, A-frame architecture with a spiral staircase, mountain-facing windows, a cozy fireplace, and an 8-person farmhouse dining table (high chair available). Flat-screen Smart TV in the bedroom suites, foosball table, and a dedicated playroom loft for kids.


LOFT
This cabin includes a loft accessible by ladder. The ladder and loft area should be used with caution, particularly by children, guests with mobility limitations, or after consuming alcohol. By choosing to access the loft, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with ladder use and elevated spaces, and agree that Jenna (host) is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from use of the loft or ladder. Use it at your own risk.


KITCHEN
Fully equipped and updated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large center island with a 2-person breakfast bar. Includes a refrigerator with icemaker, K-cup coffee maker (coffee provided), crock pot, toaster, cooking basics, and basic cleaning supplies.


OUTDOOR LIVING
Expansive wraparound deck with seating and a gas firepit. Traeger smoker and gas grill for cookouts. Screened-in porch with cushioned seating and a chair swing. Soak in the hot tub while taking in the mountain views.


BASEMENT SUITE
A private retreat with its own flat-screen Smart TV, two indoor swings, games, a fireplace, a 4-person dining table, and a kitchenette (fridge, coffeemaker, microwave).

YOUR SAFETY
For guest and property safety, there are 5 exterior security cameras: two covering the front driveway (with spotlight), one on the back lower side monitoring the backyard, one on the back deck facing the sliding glass doors, and one on the east side monitoring the hot tub. No cameras face or monitor any interior spaces.
