Wake to calm lake views, spend the afternoon beside the heated pool, and gather around the fire pit as the Arizona sky changes color over the water.

This five-bedroom, three-bathroom Glendale home accommodates up to 12 guests and is designed for families, spring-training travelers, sports fans, and groups who want room to spread out. The waterfront backyard is the centerpiece, with a private pool, covered seating, propane fire pit, fully equipped outdoor kitchen, grassy lawn, and a guest-accessible dock.

Inside, the open gathering areas make it easy to spend time together. Prepare meals in the spacious kitchen, gather around the island or dining tables, watch a movie in the living room, or start a friendly tournament in the game room with air hockey and foosball.

The sleeping arrangement includes three king beds, one queen bed, and two twin-over-twin bunk beds. One king bedroom is conveniently located downstairs. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs.

Guests may use the dock for sitting and enjoying the view. The boat is not included, and swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing from the water, and all other lake entry are prohibited.

Pool heating is included and the system normally remains on throughout the year. The target temperature is approximately 85°F. Actual water temperature may vary with air temperature, wind, overnight conditions, equipment performance, and other weather factors. A specific pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.
