We host with a focus on privacy, cleanliness, responsiveness, and respect for the residential neighborhood. The home is prepared for families, executives, and longer-stay guests who value a quiet, well-supported Los Angeles residence.

This is a quiet residential home for registered guests only. Parties, events, unregistered visitors, commercial activity, and filming are not permitted without separate written approval. Outdoor noise must remain controlled at all times, especially during quiet hours.
The pool and spa are private and unsupervised. No lifeguard is present. Children and non-swimmers must be directly supervised by an adult at all times. Glass is not permitted in the pool or spa area.
Pool heating, where requested and available, requires advance notice and may carry an additional charge.

This fully furnished, single-level home combines the privacy of a residential retreat with the comfort expected from a premium hospitality stay. Open living and dining areas connect naturally to the landscaped backyard, where the heated pool, spa, BBQ, outdoor dining, lounge seating, hammock, hanging chairs, and outdoor television create the home’s signature resort-style experience.

Inside, the home offers bright contemporary interiors, rich wood floors, curated artwork, multiple living areas, a baby grand piano, a second digital piano, and a chef-style kitchen with premium Thermador/Sub-Zero appliances, double ovens, generous counter space, and direct access to the backyard.

• Bedroom with one full bed and one twin bed
