Overall the property was great. Super clean. Great location in relation to the ocean, ferry, restaurants, etc. The pool was in the perfect spot where we could let the older kids swim while still keeping an eye on them from the balcony. AC is very sensitive. Keep doors SHUT as much as possible. The biggest inconvenience was upon arrival trying to open the door and figuring out the lock & the BBQ pit not working. We had planned a BBQ meal that we ended up putting in the oven. There were minor issues in the home & quite a few little roaches that would come out at night in the kitchen. .. overall it was a great stay & I would stay again.

The ac would not go under 70 and we were warm the whole time. Especially the room with the bunk beds. We also were offered a late check-in and I got all the through to pay for it and then I got an error code. Then I could never find it again, and when I called they said it was a one time offer and it was too late. We were very disappointed by that. 10 is a ridiculous checkout time.

The condo was nice, we enjoyed our stay. The parking was only for 2 vehicles and you're not permitted to park anywhere else on the property. One of the owners knocked on the door and told us we had to figure out where to park the golf cart we rented and also the 3rd vehicle, she suggested by the ferry. That was totally out of question, since we couldn't keep eyes on the vehicles then. We maneuvered to get 3 vehicles to park. With this condo you are unable to use the garage, which in this case is a big deal because of parking. We would stay on the premises again but with one that the garage could be used.

We loved our stay here. It included parents, grandparents and two little cousins who loved the bunk bed room. Such a great location, so close to everything. And we loved having two levels to stretch out in. Couch was plenty big for us to hang on the couch and watch the Olympics. Thanks so much for sharing your space. :)

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. Our teen was able to have her own room/space downstairs, while the littles had plenty of space with the bunk room and private bath. The community pool area was clean and the property is well kept. We will definitely try to book this one again for our next visit.
