🎱Challenge someone to a game of pool, battle it out on the air hockey table, or see who can hit the bullseye on the dartboard. There’s even an arcade game for a little extra throwback fun. And the fun continues outdoors.

🏡You’ll have private use of the residence throughout your stay, aside from owner`s closet and locked cabinet in the game room area.

🚗This home is only 2.6 miles to No.9 Landing, and Nine Marina which offers a ship store with awesome merch, Nine Scoops ice cream shop, Roja`s Taqueria & Cantina, live music, camping, sandy beaches, boat ramp and much more. Only 10.5 miles Eufaula to access shops, entertainment and eats in Eufaula.

We truly want every guest to have the best possible experience, whether this is your first visit to Lake Eufaula or if you come on a regular basis. • Outdoor cameras for property protection and to help enforce our no pets/no parties policies, at the entrances. There is a camera at the front entrance facing the porch and driveway. No cameras are in private guest areas.

* Cooler for excess waters/cokes, etc., so as to not overload the refrigerator when arriving, also for lake use

* Plastic bags for wet clothes
* Ziplock bags for kitchen use and phones for when you are on the lake
* Beach umbrella/tent/canopy if needed
* Back-up plan for rain days. We get a lot of pop-up showers or storms so you may want an umbrella, tennis shoes, or favorite game (though we have several!)
* Water shoes, hiking shoes/boots, and if raining, rain boots
* Duraflame logs if you think you’ll need fire-making help

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

💦Please Note About Lake Access--The property is located in a cove, which may limit access for certain types of boats. Lake levels can change, and these fluctuations may affect usability of the water during your stay. Because these conditions are outside of our control, we’re unable to offer refunds related to lake access. We recommend checking current lake conditions prior to arrival so you can plan accordingly. Thanks so much for your understanding—we appreciate it!

🌳A Note About Our Lakeside Setting--Our home is located in a scenic lake and forest area, which means you’ll be immersed in nature during your stay. Although we have regular professional treatments in place, the natural surroundings may occasionally bring sightings of insects or spiders, especially outdoors. This comes with the territory of being close to the water and trees, and we take thoughtful steps to keep the space clean and comfortable for our guests. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the peaceful beauty and character of our lakeside retreat!
1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-In: 4:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM

2. Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Please do not exceed this number without prior approval from the host.

3. Noise:
Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
No loud music or parties.

4. Smoking:
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is allowed only outside, away from open windows and doors, and all smoking materials must be disposed of properly.

5. Housekeeping:
Please leave the property in the condition you found it.
Use provided trash bags and dispose of trash in the outdoor bins.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.

6. Appliances:
Report any malfunctions or issues with appliances to the host immediately.

7. Damages:
Report any accidental damages to the host immediately.
Guests agree to pay for any damages caused during their stay.

8. Outdoor Use:
Use of the grill is allowed; please move away from the house while in use, turn off propane (if applicable) after each cook and clean any heavy deposits after use.
No open fires unless in the designated fire pit, and always ensure fires are completely extinguished before leaving unattended.

9. Parking:
Parking is available in front of the home.

10. Respect for Property:
Treat the property as if it were your own.
Any unauthorized use of the property, including hosting events not agreed upon in advance, may result in eviction without refund.
