Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall very good. We had 7 cottages for 60 people. The one on 68 Boardwalk did not have window coverings downstairs and in the 100+ degree heat, was impossible to get inside temp below 80.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Several things that I feel should be addressed at that property.ALL the windows face the west side with no covering therefore the AC RUNS but never catch up. We are from South Louisiana so we understand the heat however with the 1st floor bedroom it never cooled off until the next morning. The bunk beds on the 1st floor... the screws need to be tightened or something. The one bed system by the window makes noise when you move. One girl child and her mother slept on them and the whole bed system would move when the child turned in her sleep. In reference to the bottom floor bedroom and ac that rooms is HOT! This house is advertised to accomodate 10. The way the living room is set up and bedrooms, this house would not accomodate 10 people comfortably. We had 4 adult women and 2 girls.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved everything about our stay in Carlton Landing! The home was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The home being pet-friendly was a big deal for us and did not affect the cleanliness of the property at all. It was a short walk from the home to all of the amenities and restaurants. We would absolutely rent this home again!

Great place

We loved Carlton Landing! This house was a great location - easy walk to everything. Clean and fit two families with four young children perfectly. The kids loved being able to play in the courtyard across the street as well. The only issue was the upstairs toilet was broken. We called the property manager and they told us they would send someone - but it wasn't during the 48 hours we were there. Not having a working toilet upstairs (where all four adults stayed) was somewhat annoying but we made it work.

Wonderful Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is an absolutely wonderful location. One min walk to the pool, 3-4 min walk to the beach. The house was the perfect size, very clean, loved the front porch. My only recommendation is for the management company to turn down the air in the early morning before arrival at 4 - especially on hot days. We got in at 5 and immediatley turned down the air and at midnight it was still 78 in the house. After it got cool though, it was perfect for the rest of the stay.

Great kick off to senior year

We celebrated the girls kick if to senior year of high school. The house was perfect and we had a blast. The kitchen area is great for a large group. The only challenge we had was getting our rented golf cart close enough to the house to charge with the cord that was provided by the golf cart company. A tiny tiny little tree made it an event but we managed.

Fun weekend girls getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable home with a well equipped kitchen made our stay fun and memorable. The only thing I would recommend is having window treatments in living areas to provide privacy. Also Carlton Landing is high priced for so little to offer this time of year.
