L'appartement est situĂ© dans le chapitre 4. Étage d'une maison de 1906 au canal de navigation Berlin-Spandau. Il est lumineux et donne sur la cour calme.

Le long du canal gÚre également la piste cyclable de Berlin-Copenhague. Les motards sont les bienvenus. La ferme est un endroit sûr pour vos vélos.

Notre appartement est adapté pour un maximum de deux adultes et un enfant. Il dispose d'un salon et chambre à coucher, une cuisine et une salle de bains. Quelque chose de trÚs spécial est le petit sauna! L'appartement est un appartement non fumeur. Se il vous plaßt, ne portez pas des animaux domestiques.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass es sehr ruhig war, auch ĂŒber Silvester, im sonst so lauten Berlin.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und problemlos. Wir können die Wohnung uneingschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben vier Tage in der Wohnung am Nordufer verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber mit guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, aber auch ideal fĂŒr Fahrradtouren und AusflĂŒge in die Innenstadt.Die Wohnung war sauber, gemĂŒtlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir unseren Vermieter: Er war ausgesprochen freundlich, hat uns herzlich empfangen und sofort mit meinem Sohn sein sehr defektes Fahrrad repariert - ein extra großes Dankeschön hierfĂŒr!Wir bedanken uns fĂŒr die schöne Zeit und kommen gern wieder.

We’ve had a wonderful time in Christian’apartment. The apartment is comfortable, cosy and functional in addition to being beautiful and tastefully furnished. Nothing is missing and the neighborhood is quiet and charming. We could run along the Spree every morning. Christian is available ans accommodating.

Charming and quiet apartment

I have enjoyed my stay in this charming apartment located in a green and quiet neighbourhood very much. It is spotless and comfortably furnished. The owner and his family were helpful in checking-in and out. Next time in Berlin I would really like to return to Sprengelkiez and the apartment at Nordufer.

Nice apartment in a classic Berlin building

The apartment is in a nice neighborhood with multiple public transport options and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The building is over 100-years old with classic features, but the unit is updated. The unit is exactly like the listing so be sure that you understand what it says. You have a nice kitchen, bath and spacioius living room, but no bedroom. There is a comfortable king-size sofa bed and two single-mattresses that you place on the floor. So its awesome for a romatic couple, but close quarters for a family of 4. The owner is super helpful.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in guter Lager

Meine Freundin und ich waren fĂŒnf Tage in Berlin und sind sehr froh, uns fĂŒr diese tolle Ferienwohnung entschieden zu haben. Vom Bahnhof aus ist sie in etwa 20 Minuten gut erreichbar, und dank der nahegelegenen U-Bahnstation gelangt man schnell und unkompliziert in alle Teile der Stadt.Der Check-in war flexibel, und trotz unserer spĂ€ten Ankunft hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Der Gastgeber und sein Sohn sind Ă€ußerst sympathisch – wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefĂŒhlt.Die Wohnung ist gerĂ€umig, bestens ausgestattet und war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefĂŒhlt. Auch die KĂŒche ließ keine WĂŒnsche offen und bot alles, was wir fĂŒr unseren Aufenthalt brauchten.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Affordable Luxury in a Hidden Pocket of Berlin

I had an amazing stay here! The flat is centrally located in a vibrant, trendy neighborhood of Berlin, right by a scenic river trail that leads to some of the city’s most famous historic and tourist areas. The space exceeded my expectations—not only was it much larger than the photos suggested, but it also featured a beautiful, relaxing sauna, a spacious bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and stylish, comfortable decor that made it feel both homey and cool. The flat was impeccably clean, and the host was exceptionally gracious, communicating smoothly and even accommodating a late checkout. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Berlin, especially for longer stays (one month or more). I only wish I could have stayed beyond the week!

gemĂŒtliche, toll gelegene FEWO in Wedding ruhig und trotzdem mittendrin!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Berliner Altbauwohnung mitten im Sprengelkiez total genossen. Mittendrin und trotzdem ruhig gelegen, direkt am Kanal. Super Infrastruktur, Restaurants, Supermarkt, U-Bahn alles fusslĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Herr Braunwald hat uns freundlich empfangen und uns gute Tips gegeben. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden. Sie ist gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und ist ein perfekter RĂŒckzugsort. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Everything we needed

Little sympathic apartment near metro station offered us lovely three days staying in Berlin. Our host was very flexible, friendly and considerate. Everything was clean and tidy. There is no elevator in the house, but that was not a problem in out case.

Great location and convenient to Berlin sights

Beautiful quiet location adjacent to the canal. Apartment is situated on an inner courtyard on the fourth floor. We had plenty of room to live in. We used the Amrumer Str. U-Bahn, which is only approx 600 m away, to get to all the major sites in Berlin. Plenty of local restaurants and bars to relax in a quiet inner city setting. For noting, there is no lift so 85 stairs are required to reach the apartment.

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe und auch die Kommunikation im Verlauf war jederzeit problemlos. Excellent property, local ambience and context

Christian welcomed us and after showing us round let us just get on with things We had friends locally, it is a traditional Berlin property, the building has an excellent ambience and they were impressed and wished they'd known about it when family visited! One minor gripe you can hear people on the stairs and in the central courtyard, this isn't a sterile modern flat! You do need to be willing/able to climb lots of stairs Local lake brilliant for relaxing and swimming in summer Walk to local transport etc

Perfect place

Christian was the perfect host. He made himself available via texts. He even helped me up the stairs with my very heavy bag!! The apartment was very clean and tidy. Only a 30 minute walk to the central train station. Buses and U-Bahn a short 5 min walk. The only suggestion would be having a small microwave would have been handy to reheat food. I will be back again. Thanks

6-tÀgiger Aufenthalt in Berlin

Wir waren aus Anlass des Kongresses republica24 in Berlin. Die Ferienwohnung von Christian liegt in einer schönen Allee an einem Kanal, an dem man in etwa 1/2 Stunde zum Plötzensee mit Strandbad und einer idyllischen Bar spazieren kann. Die U-Bahn Station Amrumer Straße ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Ferienwohnung entfernt, sodass man das Auto fĂŒr die Dauer des Aufenthalts im Parkhaus des Krankenhauses in der NĂ€he parken kann. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants nur 5 Minuten von der Ferienwohnung entfernt, sodass man nicht auf den beiden Kochplatten kochen braucht. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock mit Fenstern zu einem Innenhof, sodass es ruhig ist und man gut schlafen kann. Die Matratzen sind bequem. Der check-in und check-out verlief sehr gut, da Christian im Haus wohnt und uns persönlich empfangen hat. Es hat uns sehr gut in Christians Ferienwohnung gefallen.
