Such a very unique place in a great location, would not hesitate to stay again, great restaurant across the road.

Truly a unique place to stay. Spacious, comfortable, and very well appointed in a perfect location with lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood. The host was easy to contact, helpful, and accommodating. It was hard to leave.

This place was special. A cabinet of curiosities with modern amenities. High ceilings, full of antiques and character. This was an apartment we could see ourselves staying in for an extended time.

Beautiful place. Needs another fan in the summer though. Kids were a little creeped out by the many restored paintings but they were incredible for those able to appreciate them. Plenty of room, very eclectic. Host was very friendly but spoke zero English. We would definitely stay here again, in the heart of the Pantera Contrada.

Incredible Spacious and Unique Apartment

My wife and I stayed here for a few nights on our Honeymoon. We were blown away by the decor and style of this place. It was like staying in an antique store. There are old pieces of art and furniture all throughout this quite large apartment in the heart of Siena. Giovanni was a great host and communicator even though we didn’t speak the same language. Check in was smooth and he was super friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for a really unique experience.

This is a remarkable apartment, a step into art and history. You will be surrounded with professional stenciling, incredible urns and pottery better suited to a museum, antique musical instruments, a score of portraits, a three-foot deep tub, gilded mirrors and more. It's quite a remarkable place. I encourage you, however, to insure your stay. The apartment is filled with antiques and some are a bit fragile. But it is well worth the experience. Giovanni is a delightful host. He only speaks Italian, however, and is quite busy so at times it wasn't that easy to communicate with him. Still, he was there when we arrived, explained how everything worked and was gracious throughout our stay.
