This apartment is in an excellent location. Near down town and all attractions ST Johns has to offer. It has everything needed for a relaxing stay. A bus route to Shopping centres operates from nearby Military Road. Also home to the lovely Bannerman Park From there its less than a mile to Quidi Vidi Lake for a relaxing walk. The Rooms museum is also a short walk away and a must see.And the very historic Signal Hill is about a mile walk away.Ksthie is a great host and very easy to communicate with. We had no problem at all with any part of our stay.

This was a full 1 bedroom apartment. The location was excellent walkable to many sites. We didn't move the car. Kitchen was very well equipped. Great stay.

We stayed for a week. Everything was as described. The kitchen worked fine for us, but as described it doesnt have a full size stove and oven. We still did most of our meals there. The price was good. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The view was good, especially from the deck. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was a big help.Communication was good. 1 km to the Mary Brown's Centre, for the international convention we attended and close enough for other events too. It was a nice walk for us.

Property was clean and tidy when we arrived. Narrow hallway/stairs were a bit difficult to navigate with larger suitcases but not terrible. The bed was very comfortable (pillows may be a bit on the softer side for some people but for me they were nice!) Having the windows open definitely helped keep the apartment cooled off with a nice cross breeze! The third floor balcony offers a really nice view so be sure to check that out!Property is close enough to walk most places, be ready for some hilly walks and bring good shoes! Host was fairly responsive to questions leading up to the trip but definitely was responsive while we were there if we had questions. Only thing I would recommend is adding a guestbook to the property! It's always nice to read what other renters did on their trips to find possible hidden gems! Otherwise, amazing property and would definitely rent here again if we find our way back to St. John's!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here! The unit was clean and cozy and an easy walk (if you're okay with hills, but that's all of downtown) to shops and restaurants on the water and further up the hill. We rented a car and parking was easy with the visitor pass. Would absolutely stay here again next time I'm in St. John's.
