La location riveraine est située dans Palo Verde Meadows à Bullhead City, AZ. La maison est à environ 6 miles sur la rivière des casinos à Laughlin, NV. Idéal pour les familles et les événements spéciaux!

La région est extrêmement conviviale et idéale pour la navigation de plaisance, le jet ski, le ski nautique, la pêche ou tout simplement pour vous détendre autour de la piscine et du spa! Vous pouvez laisser votre bateau au quai juste devant la maison et vous avez environ 70 km de rivières et de lacs à explorer. C'est la maison la plus spectaculaire au bord de la rivière dans la région et elle se réserve des mois à l'avance. Catch vue sur la rivière dans tous les domaines de la maison!

We have stayed at other river homes with Jeff and we are always pleased with the whole experience. Our group of 13 was adult family and it was an amazing time. Beautiful large kitchen fully equipped made it convenient for family dinners so we didn’t have to leave the home much. The home was spacious enough for our large group and the game room was amazing for the young adults. When we were exhausted from playing in the river the jacuzzi and pool was a great way to end our nights. Our family will never forget the amazing memories made at your property.

This property is beautiful! Jeff is the best! Answered all our questions and kept us informed on everything throughout our stay! For the size of this property, we were amazed at all the amenities and provisions provided! Nothing was lacking. The views were amazing! Would consider renting again if we needed this size home again.

Great family Verbo

Firstly our host Jeff was always available to answer our questions. Air conditioning keep us cool after our excursions. Everything worked. We rented a 12 person boat and docked it in front of the house for 2days. This is a place that is perfect for large families with little kids and all ages. Lots of stairs if you have mobility issues. Great game room with access to the pool. We had so much family fun and got to bring our dogs. Walmart is 5 min away. For anything you need. Thanks Jeff!!! Remember if you are bringing family and kids this is the place.

Beautiful home

There was a group of 10 of us for a 40 year reunion. We are a group that get together every two years to get caught up with each other on our lives and our families. We had a awesome time here and we love the home. Jeff was amazing on working with us if we had any problems with the home. The only downside we saw was that with a house this big that there should be more utensils and cookware for the kitchen. This is a place I would return to to enjoy a wonderful stay.

Great Family Vacation Spot

Was exactly as expected if not better, there were plenty of rooms to go around for our family and friends. Location is wonderful with close shopping and far enough away from the chaos of Laughlin, having the dock area off of the main river was great! We were here for 4th of July weekend and it remained calm. Jeff was very communicative and accommodating. We would absolutely come again.

Best Place on the River!

This is a great house for a group of couples! Everything has their own bathroom and nice, comfortable beds and the location is amazing with a view to die for! The pool and spa is all you imagine and downstairs is perfect for playing games, playing pool, ping pong etc! We loved this place and have already inquired for another date!! LOVED IT! Bullhead City

We enjoyed our stay at this Bullhead City house. The house was extremely spacious, the views were incredible and the game room was especially fun. The house was beautiful as well, but probably in need of some light updating. It would also help if it was a little more stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The only downside of the whole set up would be the cleanliness. It wasn't horrible. However, I would definitely say that if you are one that is a super clean freak, it might not have been acceptable for you.

What an amazing property!

This property was breath taking and massive. Everything was pretty much self explanatory and Jeff was very thorough with the rules and the check in/check out process. There was just so much space and so unique. Kind of remind me of the properties in rocky point Mexico. Would highly recommend!

Unexpected issues

Location was good. Had to get through some rough looking areas to get to the property. Pool and hot tub was a positive at the end of our days. Although the pool needed some upkeep. The garage was large enough for us to park all our cars. We did return one evening to find the garage door open. After texting the owner about it, he said “Ricky should have closed it after bringing in garbage cans”. Other observations…The entire property needs a deep cleaning, such as, under beds are disgusting- found this out by chasing a ping pong ball. Main refrigerator was dirty and smelled. The pantry food items were opened and outdated. The light fixtures were heavily soiled with dead bugs. Property has maintenance issues. Such as the ice maker didn’t work- did find one ice tray in another refrigerator, igniter on kitchen stove did not work properly. Kitchenware was old and heavily worn. We used paper products mostly because dishes were so chipped. Toilet in 2nd floor bedroom needed repaired. In spite of these issues, we enjoyed our time together with a great group of friends. Great big and luxury home on the river!

Great location on the river for view, relaxation, swimming and fishing. Everyone of us and specially the kids really enjoyed the pool as well. The owner Jeff (although didn't get a chance to meet him) but a great guy when speaking over the phone, very helpful in answering questions before and during our stay and very accommodating. Told my friends about the home and they too want to stay here. Will definitely want to stay at this home again. Thank you so much Jeff, Armen

Luxurious Stay in prime location

We loved our time at Jeffs house. Big group of two families. The dock fit our boat and two jet skis for the duration of the trip and the loading ramp is super close to the house. The marina area is a great place to float on tubes, kayak, and swim. A quick swim across the marina there is a sandy beach that the kids loved to play at. The pool overlooks the marina but the location of the house is right across from the entrance to the river, so you can also see boaters, going by. People float down the river in tubes as well. The extra refrigerators on the pool level were nice for drinks. There are two beverage fridges on pool level and two large fridges in the kitchen. Tons of lounging space on the kitchen level with two big sectionals. More bedrooms and bathrooms than we could possibly use! Ping pong and pool were enjoyed by the teenagers along with a bedroom in the basement where the action was. The upstairs master is the biggest bedroom Ive ever slept in. Everything was clean and comfortable. Jeff was very responsive to any questions. We boated down river an hour or so one day to Pirates Cove for lunch and swimming. Went a few miles down to the Avi casino and enjoyed their food court Thrify ice cream and great bay to swim in (with a public dock). And one day went north to see the casinos of Laughlin from the water. (no public docks there that we could find). Overall a great stay and felt lucky to find this desert oasis! Would highly recommend for families. Our four year old spent every waking second she could in the pool! Thanks Jeff!
