C’est l’une de nos quatre charmantes escapades en duplex dans le quartier de Beach Colony, Ă  Old Del Mar, Ă  deux minutes Ă  pied de la plage. Chaque unitĂ© peut accueillir quatre personnes confortablement et comprend un garage, une allĂ©e et un espace extĂ©rieur privĂ©. 2 chambres Ă  coucher, 1 salle de bain, une cuisine complĂšte prĂȘte Ă  l'emploi et un grand espace extĂ©rieur rendent ce chalet prĂȘt Ă  l'emploi. Nous vous fournirons le dĂ©tergent Ă  lessive et les produits de douche ainsi que des articles plus ludiques: chaises de plage, jouets et chariots. Vous venez d'apporter vos sourires!

We loved being close enough to the beach that we could go back and forth. House was perfect for me and my family! We cooked dinner one night on the bbq and were pleasantly pleased that we had EVERYTHING we needed up to the charcoal. I would definitely stay here again!

A gem in Del Mar

The shell cottage was perfect for our family! You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into this property - the house is updated and was squeaky clean, and they even had a little activity pack and prize for our kiddos when we checked in. Would love to stay again!

My husband and I and our two mini schnauzers had a very nice stay. The location was great (walkable to the beach and dog beach). Shops and restaurants were a short drive. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. The small cottage is newly renovated and nicely appointed. Where there was room for improvement....The quality of the linens (towels and sheets) was lacking a bit and the mattress and pillows were very firm. Needed more pillows and a non down/feather option.

An immaculate home in a beautiful location

This home is located in a nice neighborhood very close to the beach in Del Mar. Everything seemed brand new, which you don't always find in vacation rentals! No tired or dated furniture here, and all was in good repair. It had small touches I appreciated, ranging from extra ziploc bags to sand toys for kids. All in all, it's a lovely home and a good value considering the location. The only thing to know is that it is a small space - a larger home that has been divided into two units, so the bathroom and bedrooms are quite small and the dining table is right in the little kitchen so you may bang your knees here and there. It worked well for my husband and me plus our 5 yr old for a few days though.

Fantastic location, well maintained property

Great stay in Del Mar with my dog

I spent Labor Day week in the Del Mar cottage with my dog. The cottage is located an easy walk to dog beach and all the restaurants in Del Mar. We had a great time and look forward to coming back to visit again.
