Oberberghof– Garden Apartment with Natural Swimming Pond, Sauna & Panoramic View

The ground-floor apartment Schlern is a place to arrive and unwind. From the moment you wake up, you can enjoy direct views of the surrounding mountains from your bed. The terrace with garden offers wide, breathtaking views. Located in the particularly quiet area of Eppan Berg, the villages of St. Michael and St. Pauls are still within a pleasant 10-minute walk. Guests can enjoy the large garden with its natural swimming pool and the Finnish panoramic sauna.

The Oberberghof is located in the particularly quiet area of Eppan Berg, surrounded by vineyards and offering open views of the South Tyrolean mountains. Despite the peaceful setting, the villages of St. Michael and St. Pauls can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.

The three holiday apartments are located in a separate guest building, ensuring plenty of privacy and tranquility. We, the hosts – Simon and Astrid, together with Sylvia and Peter – live in the main building of the farm. We are on site and always happy to assist our guests, while fully respecting their privacy.

Each apartment features a private terrace, its own parking space and a fully equipped kitchen. All apartments share the same layout, including a separate bedroom, a living area with kitchen, and a bathroom.

Guests can enjoy the spacious garden with its natural swimming pool. The newly built Finnish panoramic sauna with open views of the surrounding landscape invites you to relax. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and detergent is available free of charge.

The Oberberghof is an ideal starting point for mountain hikes and cycling tours. Whether you are looking for peace and relaxation or active days outdoors, the combination of nature, comfort and privacy makes it easy to unwind. After a day in the mountains or on the bike, the natural pool or the sauna is the perfect place to relax. Our farm cats Tiger and Freddy are also part of life at the Oberberghof.
